Every staff member who I encountered including the doctor, is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Additional charges are explained to me up front and every measure is taken to try and reduce costs. I scheduled my appointment and they confirmed with my insurance on coverage eligibility prior to my arrival. They are prepared and organized and the process was seamless. It was the quickest eye appointment I have ever had. I told them what I was looking for in eyewear frames and the technician came back with three pairs to try on. The first pair was a perfect match, exactly what I wanted, and I didn't even need to try on anymore after that.

Everyone was very friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and understanding of each person's individual needs and circumstances. All of the ladies there and Dr. Rai did an exceptional job of dotong every eye, see what I did there, lol, and crossing every t and I would recommend this office on mckellips behind the Arby's to anyone. They got me in the next day, as Medicare 2025 is cutting back on vision, and gave me several options to choose from based off of my specific needs and wants . Very impressed! Thank you again for your kindness and patience.

After our first visit with Dr. Josh, my children and I are thrilled to have found a new long-term eye care provider. Carolyn at the Mesa location was exceptional—she reached out to confirm my insurance details the day before our appointments and spent extra time helping my daughter choose the perfect frames. Dr. Josh impressed me with his patience and thoroughness, taking time to explain the tests and results in a way that was easy for kids to understand. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would choose this practice over big chain stores any day.
