At ScoreDoc (ScoreDoc and our affiliates), we believe in putting customer experience and satisfaction above everything else. In order to become a ScoreDoc user, you could get the information anonymously, provide your email if the report is not available instantaneously, or must first register on our website if you want to access your past searches on the ScoreDoc website. We collect information from you during this signup process. While registering on our website, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, phone number, contact information and credit card information (for verification purposes).
Profile Information:
After registration, you may provide additional information to your profile. Providing additional information beyond what is required at registration is entirely optional, but enables you to better understand our interface and make orders easily.
We keep the data that you provide until you delete it from your account. You can request us anytime to close/delete it for you. We offer users the ability to edit/modify/delete all the data that is there in our system. You can ask us to stop using any or all personal data. Additionally, you may request a copy of all your personal data that you have provided us to build your profile.

Your personal information is entered into our system (by you) when you register. This information is only used as contact information regarding your request of review reports. No one can see or have access to your personal information, such as your name, address, phone number, and credit card number. Your personal information is never shared with a third party, and it is against our privacy policy to do so.
If you found the doctors’ report instantaneously or had to submit your email in order to get it for healthcare providers whose data was not available, or you asked to refresh the report, we delete your information once we have sent the report to you.

We are HIPAA compliant and we implement a variety of security measures to safeguard your personal information as well as your patients’ information, when you register on our site. Our server is SSL-encrypted. SSL means “Secure Socket Layer.” Should you find the need to ensure that privacy above and beyond this policy, please contact info@scoredoc.com or call the number at the bottom of this page. We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is also transmitted via SSL technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will be stored upon your consent for further transactions.
Yes. You can log into your account, view any files, and edit your personal information at any time. The account belongs to YOU, and you have every right to edit your personal information. You may also change your email address or password at any time.

We take every reasonable step for safeguarding the Personal Data provided through the website from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. We encrypt every sensitive information like credit card details while collecting it, so that it gets transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this from your end by looking for a lock icon in the address bar and looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the web page. Only those employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. We keep the computers/servers which are used for storing personally identifiable information stored in a secure environment.

Because we value your privacy, we have taken the necessary precautions to be in compliance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act. We do not take responsibility of the practices carried out by the websites that are linked to the service (or from the service) or the information included herein. You may be asked to submit personal information to any of these sites. You may also be asked to provide certain personal information to customers in connection with their use of our products and services. Because we do not control the information policies or practices of these third party sites, you should review their privacy policies to learn about how they collect and use personal information.
If you choose to use our referral service to tell a friend about our Sites or our products and services, we will ask you for your friend's email address. We will automatically send your friend a one-time email inviting him or her to visit our website. We retain this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email and tracking the success of our referral program. Such referrals may not be permissible in all situations or in all jurisdictions. You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for compliance with any applicable laws in this regard. ScoreDoc is not directed to children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If we learn that we have collected personally identifiable information of a child under the age 13, we will take reasonable steps to delete such information from our system as soon as is practicable. At ScoreDoc, we encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children's Internet activity and usage and to help enforce our Privacy Policy by instructing their children never to share their personal data on this site without their permission.
If your child, ward or you are a patient of a medical service provider which has signed up for our 'medical practice reputation management program', we may be saving your personal information in our systems, as provided to us by your medical service provider. This information is just adequate to identify you and enable us to direct your medical service provider to contact you in case you have expressed your opinion online regarding the medical service provider or in case the medical service provider wants to contact you for an online survey etc.; to improve the quality of service they provide to you.
We do not save any sensitive personal information in our systems, including information regarding your health or the treatment provided to you by your medical service provider. We never share the patients’ information with a third party except when we may need to do so in compliance of a competent court’s legal order or for lawful statutory reasons. We will also, never use the information for any other purpose, commercial or otherwise, except for the limited purpose of your health service provider being enabled to have improved communication with you and improve their service delivery to you.
