I am rating her entirely on her merit, rather the accuracy and thoroughness of her eye chart exam and resultant Rx, which would be zero stars. She rushes the lenses and does not give you time to compare, and she peppers this with her own own opinions, "they 're about the same right?", "not much difference right?"...for $120 fee she gave me a weak and useless Rx for my progressives that were each eye were more than one dioptor less than my previous Rx, which was great. I will not go back to her. She is a money grabber and does not spend time on evaluating the patient carefully with the eye chart exam.

Dr Jennifer Yu was very knowledgeable and approachable. She had a great solution for some vision problems my daughter has been dealing with for a while.

I have been seeing Dr. Yu for years. My last experience was bad. She was rushing to my eye exam. Due to the fact that she didn’t fit my contact lenses properly. I think the new prescription was incorrect. She refunded the money for fitting. I went to another optometrist for a second opinion. I found the another clinic’s equipment is more efficient and use digital image to diagnose the condition of eyes. The prescription from another clinic is more accurate. Unfortunately, I have to paid for the second exam. But I think is worth it and is important to have the correct Prescript. I will NOT go back to see her in the future, will switch to the new optometrist. NOT recommended!

She is the optometrist for my whole family. She explains everything clearly.

Dr. Yu is knowledgeable and attentive. She takes time with her eye examination and providing advice during each visit. Her staff is professional and helpful. My two children and myself have been seeing Dr Yu for many years and will continue doing so having Dr Yu as our family eye physician.
