We just had a family meeting regarding our family member. It was with the palliative team. It was a doctor, social worker, case manager, nurses assistant and a chaplain. They were extremely professional and explained in detail our loved ones situation and all of the options. They spent 45 minutes with us in a very difficult time. We felt completely supported and respected. The team showed a high level of compassion and concern for our loved one. This was world class care!

I feel that the nursing staff is excellent, the aides and occupational therapeutic care was great, dietary was great- they always check to see what I enjoy to eat most. The case manager took good care and now I get to go home. As a former nurse, I want to thank yoshi, Alice, mercy, Tiffany and Carrie for the support and kindness. I would recommend this facility to anyone.

We had such an amazing experience at this hospital, it was really hard to leave because we became so familiar and comfortable with everyone. The staff across the board was amazing and we will never forget you. The nurses gave exceptional care, everyone was kind and I have never been anywhere where an advocate was so dedicated to checking in with us I felt like we were friends. We will miss you all

All of the staff here were so helpful and straightforward. Complete godsend and I can't thank you enough. They saved my life and if I needed anything they were right there to help. If I ever have to come to a hospital hope its this one. I can't say enough good things! The case manager and my advocate are A+ and I wouldn't have survived without this place.

The rehab department is thorough and helpful. The food is better than the last place. The nurses seem to be on the ball, no problems with medication being late and they get back to me quickly. Respiratory is fast! I don’t even have to ask for help, they just come in and help. The advocate and case worker have been so helpful with communication too. Communication as been way better than expected!

Nurses and staff are so helpful. They are very diligent with the medical side of it and also the luncheons are we're very good. I would come back here again for care if needed. The ambassador and case worker helped get me my phone and wallet from the last hospital too. Thank you all.
