A first impression is a lasting impression, and I am definitely making this Urgent Care my primary. I initially thought it would just be a regular Urgent Care, but they have everything you need. Plus, it was clean, not too long of a wait, and thorough. The staff was very personable. I had taken a fall hiking and my ankle was swollen for 2 days. I got an X-ray and E-stem. The e-stem helped tremendously!! I went back 2 times after for therapy, and I feel so much better. I still want to get an MRI to make sure nothing is torn, and Irvine Urgent Care has an open MRI. So convenient! I'm for sure a lifetime patient of this location.

I was having pain all over, with chills and sweats and feeling faint. So I decided it was time to get myself to an urgent care. My girl had gone to Irvine urgent care before and they took care of her, so she drove me over. When I walked in, I loved how clean it was... waited about 20 minutes before they took me back. The staff was very professional and polite. I was able to get a CT abdomen the same day. Carlos gave me an IV and by the time I got a home a started feeling better.

Came in to this urgent care facility randomly while visiting family in Irvine. I have to say , never have I experienced great treatment at an urgent care. My experience was so great I had to leave a review. The facility is well taken care and the staff here is so friendly. I was seen by Dr. George and X-Ray tech Mark.

I was playing basketball at a local gym when I twisted my ankle pretty bad. So I looked up an urgent care nearby and this Place popped up. When I got there they seem to be pretty busy But they saw how much pain I was in, So they attend it to me quickly they took an x-ray, nothing was broken it was diagnosed as a sprained They gave me a walking boot And I was on my way. Never have I had any experience AT the doctors office go so smoothly thank you!

As a person with many chronic issues that can often cause acute symptoms that disrupt my life, this has consistently been the Gold Standard for care. I have been going here for about 8 years now on and off and they have always treated me with kindness, respect and dignity, even when I knew i looked like a crazy person. Their testing and treatment plans have helped me get insurance approval for necessary surgeries I have needed after over a decade of insurance denial, kept me employed when my symptoms were so bad I could barely walk, kept me from doing further damage to my body and have aided tremendously in the diagnosis and management of a pain disorder that has plagued me my entire life. In fact, they did such a phenomenal job with my treatment plan that my pain management specialist continuously showers them with praise for documenting the issues and caring for me "exactly the way (she) would have". Their facilities are clean, welcoming and well equipped to handle most acute symptoms either in house or in a timely manner that would put any other urgent care to shame. Their staff is some of the best medical professionals I have ever met and their care for their patients in genuine, even in the face of some difficult to treat symptoms. You never feel crazy or out of place, and even if you have medical anxiety, it's easy to forget about that when you come here. The are equipped with two halls of patient rooms and can handle over a dozen patients at a time, they are able to perform X-Rays, CT scans and MRI's on sight (but they send it out to get it assessed out of house), they are able to do E-Stim therapy, IV antibiotics or hydration, trigger point injections (for muscle pain or migraines), blood tests and electro-cardiograms at this facility (among other things). They accept PPO and similar insurance, so if you aren't sure what you have I recommend calling them first, and can also treat you if you pay out of pocket. We should all be so fortunate as to have the sort of care available to us that Irvine Urgent Care provides. I have even gone so far as to choose my health care specifically with them in mind so that in the event of a flare up or an illness, I am able to go here rather than to some other facility in the area. If you are able to, choose this office.

I came to this facility on Friday , a buddy from work recommend me to come here since I was feeling ill for a couple of days . So after work I stoped by and I was very impressed on how nice the place was . The staff was very kind and welcoming , since it was my first time I filled out some paper work and within 10 min I was seen by the dr. I told him my symptoms and right away he knew what was wrong , turns out it was the whooping cough . He prescribed antibiotics and I was on my way. 3 days later I'm feeling way better I will be back to this urgent care in the future

I went in for a regular check up not knowing what to expect from this urgent care and now I can now surely say that I will be returning for future medical needs, also the staff makes you feel comfortable, I have had past experiences at other urgents cares that are unacceptable, but this urgent care has excellent staff

Been to several urgent care around the area but I have to say by far the friendliest team and a really great experience I've received!

GREAT PLACE! Friendly staff and doctor.I came in here and I waited maybe 20 mins to be seen by a doctor. He was very friendly and listened to whati had to say. Turned out I head a sinus infection so he gave me some antibiotics (which he had in the office for free) and I was on my way home. Saved a trip to the pharmacy. Thanks guys!

There is noting better then receiving good care when you are feeling ill. I was very satisfied with the care and services provided at this facility during my trip to the urgent care. The staff was very attentive while I was in pain. They made sure they got me in as soon as they could and asked several times In my course of a short wait how I was doing. Once I was called into the room the doctor came in shortly. He listen to my complaints/ symptoms and promptly diagnosed me with a stomach virus. I was given an iv for the dehydration and was prescribed antibiotics. Overall my quick trip was handled great. Also the facility is very clean.
