We were visiting from out of state, and my 10 year old daughter needed to see a doctor. Our insurance doesn't cover anything out of state unless you go to a hospital emergency room. I was not about to spend all day at the e.r. So, I called around and found this place near where we were staying, with a lower cash price than other urgent cares in Irvine. They also had a female on staff, which was a necessity for us. Alexandra Kocher was our practitioner, and she was amazing. My kiddo felt very comfortable with her. She did a thorough exam and asked all the right questions. She knew we were cash patients, so she was very mindful of not ordering labs that were not essential to diagnosis. The staff even gave me a card for GoodRX to ensure the prescription price would not be too much. We are now 5 days on the prescription and recommended over the counter cream, and my girl is 99% better. Thank you so much for taking such great care of us!

They truly care about helping patients! I called before coming in and the girls were so friendly over the phone and informative. When I came in I was helped so fast within 30 min. Very clean and professional staff. I will be coming here whenever I need help. Thank you soo much. I appreciate all you ladies!! :)

Irvine Woodbridge Walk-In Urgent Care has consistently delivered excellent care during my multiple visits over the past several years. The staff is attentive, and the quality of service has consistently met my expectations. I'm pleased with the level of care provided at this facility.

Sierra Wilson FNP and Danny, as well as two other front-desk receptionists made this experience so comfortable. Sierra is amazingly thorough, knowledgeable, and leaves no stone unturned in covering all bases before discharging a patient. Care was given so expertly to my husband who was experiencing a number of symptoms that could have pointed to many different possibilities. Our highest recommendations goes to this Urgent Care!

My wife and I went to another urgent care where there was a PA on duty. The PA didn't listen to my wife, a fully registered ICU nurse regarding her UTI and dismissed her opinion completely on the medication she was trying to prescribe (which didn't work previously). We walked into Irvine Woodbridge and met with a NP instead. The NP was very sympathetic and listened to my wife's opinions and discussed it openly with her. She gave her the correct medication and was able to correct her UTI which had spread to her kidneys. The service was great and we will always go here in the future.

I had a video call with Ms. McGinn FNP on 12/6. She was very friendly and gave me all the attention. She made me feel I am in good hand. On 12/9, I received a follow-up call from nurse. Wow! Yes. A follow up call from urgent care. Strongly recommended.

Always get Excellent care from the Doctors, PACs, RNPs, and medical staff. Very efficient and and knowledgeable. I've been going there since 2004 seeing Dr Monfore and Dr Fishbein, and Alison Omel PAC. I don't go anywhere else.

My visit to this clinic was so helpful and productive. I presented with significant ear pain. Nancy McGuinn (sp) FNP and her excellent staff treated me accordingly and resolved my problem. I left well informed and prepared to treat my problem going forward. / Ms. Mc Guinn is the master of the bedside manner. In spite of the fact that the office was very busy, she acted as if I was the only person around, taking time to explain in details of my problem./ But of course nothing is perfect. I didn't get a lollipop./ J H.

No one likes going to urgent care, but this was actually a pleasant experience. The nurses and staff were very nice and accommodating. I did not have to wait long to be seen, they got in me and out in a reasonable amount of time, and got my prescription filled right away. They also offer bottled water and hot tea in the waiting room... nice touch.
