This is in regards to the counselor Gabriel if it weren't for him I would be a total mess he's the greatest he takes the time to listen no matter how busy he is I wish there were more counselors like him in the world it would be a much better place and the dosing nurses are the bomb all I need to say is thank god for this place this is just one more greatful addict sayi g Great Job West County.

I was a bit nervous coming to this clinic because of the reviews. But the reviews are old as well. Yes there might be a wait, but the MA's aren't the one to be mad at, the Doctor has other patients to see. The MA in back office was really nice , as well as the one in the front. I needed to be referred to a specialist, and my refferal was ready within days!!! had no problem here !!

Well all of you who wrote a bad review, I am sorry for you. But for me they have always been 100% the best they have really helped me in every medical situation I have experience. I do appreciate all of the employees there. They are professional and extremely patient and helpful and courteous. Best Doctor., and staff!!!!!!!!

Am very pleased with my Dr. Julka. The staff has always been friendly. The only problem is when I run out of medication and my dr is gone. No-one knows how to help.

The reviews were right about the staff being rude..until today!I was just going for a refill on my inhaler and never return again..but once there "May" a new MA...With a great attitude and charisma showed me to the patient room..she showed passion for her job, asking questions..and being polite most of all. The other staff should take notes. Dr. K. was also super helpful..and showed concerned and referred me to lab test. Also answered my concerns..I left feeling helped.

I used to favor this place as a great place to go if you are in need of help with addiction. I've noticed however that they seem to try to 'trap' u in... as they have violated federal law by upping my dosage without my permission once. and attempted to do it a second time. Now after reading the federal guidelines ive noticed a whole bunch of lies being told. I am gonna speak with the director of the program before looking into legal action. Disappointed...
