I receive all of my care at PAMF. From my PCP to unexpected happenings in life such as surgery. I actually pay more for a PPO insurance so that I can stay with PAMF. No Kaiser or Stanford Alliance for me...
Phenomenal experience. Wait time of about 90 minutes for walk-in. Seen quickly (considering the acuity of the ailment), every person I interacted with from the front desk to the nurses and doc were fabulous, compassionate, and efficient. Sent my Rx to a pharmacy open on Sundays, which I really appreciated. There is a reason we go to PAMF! Solid care, every time. Thanks again for being there for us in our time of need!
Dr. Ted Su is my general practitioner and very thorough. He has a great bedside manner and am very pleased to have him on my team. Nice to have a doctor you trust to be your "mainstay". mi
Love all my doctors here. They listen to me and do not try to fix everything with meds! They evaluate lifestyle as well.
Palo Alto Medical Foundation Mountain View CA Tue 11/9/21 Booster Shot ® Here for COVID booster shot. Everything fast and efficient. You get your online appointment, you Checkin into the system, you're directed to a vaccination clinic area, you're given your shot, you sit it out for 15 minutes, you're outta there. Done! Yes, a two-tier Chihuly glass sculpture centerpiece welcomes you into Mountain View Center of PAMF. If it reminds you of something, it's because another hand-blown glass flower display, by the same artist Chihuly, The Fiori di Como, graces the ceiling of the enchanting lobby at five diamond Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas. Brief history on PAMF and its many locations. Palo Alto Medical & Research Foundation was once a non-profit Medical Foundation of wonderful doctors and nurses who practiced healthcare in downtown Palo Alto on Channing Street. Created by founder Russel Van Arsdale Lee, M.D. in 1950. New state of the art campus was built in 1999, 22 years ago, on El Camino Real, now known as Palo Alto Center. This PAMF in Mountain View was completed in 2007. However, over the years, large management groups such as Sutter Health, Dignity Health, and similar networks, had began to acquire smaller medical practices, and that's how various practices all over the San Francisco Bay Area and later, further North and down South, became combined under the same PAMF roof, managed by Sutter Health, headquartered in Sacramento. So don't get surprised when you see a PAMF building in a Northern Califirnia urban setting, suburban neighborhood, or a rural community, from Santa Cruz to Alameda, from SF Peninsula to Monterey Peninsula, from Central Valley to North Coastal Area. Anywhere you go, chances are you're going to find a location near you! * Vaccine, vaccine, vaccine, vaccine I'm begging of you please don't hesitate, Vaccine, vaccine, vaccine, vaccine, 'cause once you're dead, then that's a bit too late Two-tier Chihuly glass sculpture, stunning! @Palo Alto Medical Foundation Mountain View CA, Booster shot Tue 11/9/21 Palo Alto Medical Foundation Mountain View CA, Booster shot Tue 11/9/21 Review #658 posted with 4 pictures on November 9, 2021
Today I had a blood draw for my 94 year old father and me. We didn't have an apt so waited 30 min which wasn't bad as they were packed. Big thank you to Michelle and Patricia. Extremely qualified, kind and patient. Thank you for your kindness and patience today. Thank you PAMF for hiring such qualified employees.
Kudos to Dr Edward Huong, Mark ( nurse that does vital signs and check you in), Angie, Joy who were procedure nurses, LIlly the nurse that did the IV and was right on it. Their Professionalism and care was out standing, and it help to keep me calm and safe. Forgot the woman's name that helped me dress at then ending, she too was very helpful and comforting. I'm a happy camper, because of their empathy for people and work ethics.
I had a great experience here with broken hand. Extremely prompt, professional, and very nice people. I am going to try to switch all my doctors to PAMF.
This is specifically for the Urgent Care Clinic-My husband was having severe and sudden neck pain, we went to the Urgent Care Clinic and were taken seriously by Dr. Michael Curtis, he was a god send. He sent my husband for an X-ray and then went down stairs to our Neurosurgeon Dr. Wachorst to consult with him. Dr. Wachorst saw us within days and referred us to Dr. Stephen Ryu in Palo Alto who did surgery on my husbands neck within weeks. My husbands neck was so screwed up that if it had not been caught by Dr Michael Curtis he might have ended up paralyzed. I am not even sure his primary care Doctor would have caught it. We are eternally grateful for the great and outstanding care we got at PAMF and especially Dr. Curtis and Dr. Ryu!! Thank you
Nurse Pearl S Guimbatan of Dr. Soriano's office, Encina group has been my nurse for more than couple of years. She has always been exceptionally professional as well as optimistic and caring. I wish her all the success and health and happiness so that she can continue to serve all the patients better and better. Dr. Mahipal Ghemawat

All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
