Dr.E is the best!! Totally changed my perspective on dentists. He took out my 4 wisdom teeth and I recovered in a few days with very minimal pain. He is super gentle, kind, caring, and patient. He loves what he does and it shows! His team is also very attentive, the front desk is very helpful, and the pricing was fair as well. Highly recommend!

I am so, so grateful for this office! I had waited way too long to get my wisdom teeth out, which were impacted, and was very nervous about the surgery to have them removed. Dr. Ephraim was so kind and reassuring, it took all my worries away! The day of the surgery the whole staff (big thank you to Katrina!) was very compassionate about my anxiety and then with a blink of an eye, it was over and I was ready to leave feeling so much better than before I came in almost immediately. Such a relief! My follow up was great, I really appreciate how I felt listened to and that my concerns were taken seriously. Would highly recommend them (and will) to anyone needing a dental surgery. Thank you again to the team, you’re the best!

Dr. Ephraim is amazing ! I will refer everyone I know to him because he made me feel so comfortable and was so kind to me the whole time. During the prep for the anesthesia he mad sure I was comfortable, and made sure that he didn’t have to poke me more than once ( I have really small veins so I usually get poked a lot because they can’t find the vein) so I was really appreciative of how he made sure to get it on the first time. The staff is amazing and super friendly as well. This experience has been one of the best experiences I’ve had with any dental procedure. I use to have a fear because of all the bad experiences I’ve had in the past but this experience has given me hope. I’m super grateful that I was able to experience Dr. Ephraim and his amazing work !

Cannot recommend Dr. Aklilu highly enough. His affable, friendly, informative nature and clarity of communication would be useless if he didn’t know his stuff—but he DOES know his oral surgery stuff, inside and out. I’ve had two surgical procedures done by him and they both went smooth as silk. He explained everything in layman’s terms that I could understand and his staff were also very accommodating. (They didn’t mind at all when I asked to delay a surgical procedure so they could see if my insurance company would pay for it.) I’m hoping I’m done-for-life now with oral surgery, but if I ever need it again, Lakeshore and Dr. Aklilu will be where I go.
