I've gone for years to treat tennis elbow and other tennis related injuries always with great success. It seems every review on here recommends someone different. THAT is the sign of a quality bodywork staff! I had an appointment with Yael yesterday for a GNARLY neck injury. Signed up for acupuncture and she gave me what seemed like VIP treatment, adding in modalities as she saw them necessary or beneficial. (I say "seemed like" because it was apparent to me by observing the other clients that this pampering is commonplace here.) She also has a great personality and sense of humor, and is very knowledgeable in all holistic healing modalities. Where it REALLY matters--my pain--she was a blessing. She put my body through the ringer for 90 minutes, I was WIPED afterward, and with some simple stretching, rest, and water the rest of the day, I'm actually mobile today! I will definitely be back to see Yael and will be referring friends to this clinic. Simply phenomenal.

Jordan is the acupuncturist that I see. His bedside manner is totally professional yet warm. I am confident that I am in good hands when I'm on his table. He has helped me with my neck, shoulders, and back issues. I always look forward to my visits with Jordan. I highly recommend Jordan.

Victoria is a great acupuncturist. She took me under her wings when I was pregnant, she recommended great herbs and she even set me up another acupuncturist when she was unavailable. Victoria induced my labor and thanks to her I did not have to be induced in a hospital. Thanks to her I had a fantastic birthing experience in a birth center and without epidural! Thank you, Victoria!

Lindsay Stec is super skilled and effective. She's also pleasant and encouraging. Go see her! She was recommended by a friend who had seen her several times. I'm goinging for rolfing to release tension held in the body from trauma. Yesterday was my seventh session in eight weeks. I'm fairly skilled at some other modalities for releasing trauma, yet I notice a significant improvement from the work Lindsay is doing. I can feel the tension leaving my body, a greater sense of wholeness, and overall I'm feeling lighter and more emotionally connected to myself and others - something that's been lacking for a long time. She's also very intuitive in reading what my body needs. Whether you need help with healing from physical or emotional injuries or both, I highly recommend Lindsay.

I was initially looking for a spa like setting, relaxing massage, this place came up and had an opening, it is not a spa, definitely more clinical, yet still pleasant. The bodywork was structural yet still relaxing. Lindsay Stec had good reviews so I gave it a try. I am so glad I did! I saw Lindsay Sect, she was great and fixed my hip and low back pain in which I have been dealing with for over 3years! I still can't believe it! I wish I lived closer I would definitely go back!

I called on Monday morning requesting treatment for a sudden frozen shoulder. Could barely move my left arm: zero range of motion. The woman who answered my call was friendly and helpful and guided me in understanding what would be most effective for my injury. They were able to get me in that morning to see Aquilino. He assessed my mobility and we talked about trapped energy and understanding vibration. He expertly treated my shoulder, neck, and upper back with acupuncture, cupping, and massage and ended with a brief chiropractic adjustment. After this one session I felt so much better. I returned today (Friday, 4 days later) for follow up treatment and asked them to also address my sore left knee. I received acupuncture from Aquilino and cupping and massage from Josie and again WOO! SO much better. I appreciate that when I told Aquilino I had nearly full range of motion with my shoulder following the first treatment, he said it makes him happy when his clients heal quickly. I also appreciate his GREAT sense of humor, ease in communication in explaining the treatment, and the fact that he's an OB local, and singer and basist in Shakedown String Band. His commitment in every area of his life is to get people moving! I'm back in action thanks to Acusport.

Go see Lindsay Stec! Absolute best! I am a hairdresser who gets shoulder aches, and occasionally my neck hurts to turn it. Every session has given me back motion, and eased the pain. She is very in tune with what I need, without me saying it. Its unreal. Not only will you physically feel better, she will also energetically bring you back to center. She is essential for anyone who needs healing. Highly recommend:)
