Dr. Gilani is a kind and caring individual that will give your health the attention it deserves. She was my second opinion after seeing another ENT doctor at UCSD. I am so happy I consulted her. She reviewed my records and immediately made me feel good by telling me she could help me feel better. She fit me into her schedule and performed my surgery last week.

This lady is amazing if you have rhinoplasty on your nose I urge you to see Dr Galani she's the best for this I am so happy thanks doc.

Dr. Galani is the very best Physician, period. Not only is she a true miracle worker - she is the most capable and caring medical professional I have ever come in contact with. My procedure was challenging and unique to any other surgery she had performed. Instead of giving up and sending me on my way, Dr. Galani took swift action and collaborated with her peers — on the spot. The results were life changing. I felt like I could breathe for the first time in my life within 48 hours. I couldn’t be happier with the overall results. I wish Dr. Galani could be my primary, my every specialist, my children’s pediatrician, and my mentor. Her credentials are as impressive as her bedside manner. I had a functional rynoplasty done by Dr Gilani at UCSD Hospital. I was having a difficult time breathing out of my very thin nose. I run a lot and this was something that was really affecting my lifestyle. I did a lot of research and decided to visit Dr. Galani to see if there was something that she could do to help me out. I am so happy that I did, because 2 months post op I am feeling and looking great! Not only can I breathe like never before, but she was able to make my nose look much better as well. She was always great about answering my questions and made the whole process very simple and underwhelming. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone who needs a surgeon of her specialty!

I first met Dr S. Gilani, 20years ago, as a neighbor. A few years later, I consulted her as a patient. Her extraordinary skills as a surgeon, her empathy and compassion changed my life! I continued to consult her regularly during her practice in MA and also referred my family and friends to her. She is still my favorite doctor in the whole world. I miss her and will be going to CA soon, just to visit and cosult her again!

It’s not an easy decision to allow surgery on a young child but it was one we had to make. We consulted with several ENT Specialists but felt most comfortable with Dr. Gilani. To begin with I consulted Dr Gilani based on her reviews. But trust me Dr Gilani is more than what her reviews are. She is such a humble person and connects well with the patient. Dr Gilani performed Septoplasty on me. I feel so lively now. From my 1st appointment till my follow up after surgery, I have no words to express how comfortable she made me.
