Absolutely THE BEST acupuncturist ever. Geoff Thomas listens well, is a great diagnostician, and has helped resolve long-standing pain and medical issues I've suffered from. His herb prescriptions are spot on and amazing. I've seen many acupuncturists but Geoff Thomas is matchless and worth a try if you're suffering from both acute or chronic pain/health issues.

Tripoint Holistic Therapy hand down is The best. Dr. Geoff is always very helpful with no matter what problems you may be having with your health. I always great getting treated by Dr. Geoff! I have chronic issues in my neck and shoulders due to a car accident and re-aggravated the area. Acupuncture helps with inflammation and pain management. It's also very relaxing after a treatment The clinic is my favorite thing about San Diego .

Both my husband and I have been here for Chinese medicine herbal consults as well as acupuncture. It was hands down the best acupuncture experience I've ever had. Dr. Geoff is such a kind, patient, friendly, gentle and knowledgeable person. He's very comfortable to be around and I really appreciated that I never felt rushed during the appointment (as that gives me anxiety). He asked me many questions to gain a good understanding of what I was wanting to fix/accomplish. He really took the time to explain so many things such as why he chose the herbs he did and even let me read about the herbal combination from his herbal encyclopedia. The acupuncture was very relaxing and again his kind, patient and knowledgeable qualities showed. He made sure I was comfortable before starting. He took the time to massage and find the problem areas of my neck and traps. He was very meticulous in the placement of the needles and made sure to ask if I could feel the needles "grab" which I've never had before. He explained why he was placing needles in other spots such as my hands. Explaining that it was connected to other parts of the body that I was wanting to fix. He explained what I might feel and what's normal etc. I left feeling incredibly relaxed and was yawning all the way home. Tommy working the front desk is also super nice and kind. The office has a very nice clean, organized and zen vibe. I could not highly recommend this place more. There's true care and compassion here and I appreciate it so much.

I have been a patient of Dr Geoff for over 10 years. I started seeing him at another location following an auto accident. I followed him when he started his own practice. He is a lovely soul...highly trained/educated. Puts you at ease. I highly recommend.

Have known Dr. Geoff for almost 10+ years now. He's such a great guy and I've always been a big fan of how he treats his patients as well as the attention to detail in his treatments. Since 2021 I've also been taking my mom to consult with him and she totally respects him too. The office is so well maintained by him and Tommy and is very zen-like ... Always a peaceful oasis. Bonus is you'd also often find their adorable lil dog Jaden on most days :) The friendliest and cutest you'll encounter :) PS: I get the best sleep during the 20 mins of treatment when the needles are in :D

My first visit to Tripoint was back in 2013, a few years after I'd been diagnosed with a rare retina condition. Traditional treatments by my retina doctor were mostly effective in treating the symptoms but didn't stop the condition from flaring up. Then I read about the potential benefits of incorporating acupuncture, and I'm so grateful that I found Tripoint. Geoff has such a calming presence that immediately made me feel comfortable. And the combination of his acupuncture treatments and herbs resulted in marked improvement in my condition. Geoff has helped me with other issues over the years as well, including stress and anxiety. He always takes the time to listen and to answer questions, and you can tell that he genuinely cares. He's also super knowledgeable and informative. He clearly explains what he's doing and makes sure you're comfortable the whole time. Tommy at the front desk is awesome too. He's sweet, funny, and very attentive. The office is kept meticulously clean, and appointments are always on time. I've found acupuncture to be a highly effective supplement to Western medicine that has improved both my physical and mental wellness. If you're considering acupuncture, I highly recommend trying it, and Geoff is definitely the person you want to see. He truly excels at what he does.

Tripoint Holistic Therapy is the gold standard of accupuncture. I've been to multiple Accupuncturists in San Francisco and San Diego and none have come close to Dr. Thomas and his staff. He's helped alleviate my pinched nerves, injured muscles and joints, rejuvenated my mental health and anxiety, and even helped me quit my smoking addiction. His blend of traditional medicine and modern applications is truly unique and the results are there to back it up. I've been a client here for years and, without fail, always come away from his offices in a much better state. Ive even convinced my wife to overcome her fear of needles to see Dr. Thomas for her sleep and neck issues and she agrees. Dr. Thomas and Tommy: thank you for the amazing services and support you've always provided.

What I can say? I love this place! Tommy and Geoff are the best at what they do. Tommy is the office manager and Geoff is the acupuncturist. I have never experienced such warmth and care in my life. I come here twice a week for acupuncture. I walk out releasing all my fears and anxiety. I am emotionally balanced human afterwards. I highly recommend this healing office!

I have been dealing with a wrist tendonosis for over a year and have seen different hand doctors/surgeons and physical therapists and no treatment method helped much. I had pretty much lost hope until I came across Dr Geoff!!! I have never had acupuncture, but he always makes me feel at ease and explains while he works which I enjoy! He is always actively listening to me talk about my injury and is very enthusiastic about helping you heal! I am always happy to come, the office is clean, nicely decorated and Tommy is super friendly and awesome as well! :) I have been coming for almost 2 months, but even my first few visits I was able to notice a big difference! Alot of pain has been reduced and has helped tremendously. Every penny is worth it!

I have been receiving accupuncture at Tripoint Holistics for over 8 months now. Geoff is amazing at what he does. I always feel comfortable, calm and really listened to. This was my first experience with eastern medical practices so I was a bit nervous to begin. Now, it is an integral part of my wellness practice.
