Very nice clean office, the front desk staff very nice. I met Dr. Dinh and he is very nice and easy to talk with. Dr. Dinh answered all of my questions. I feel 90 % better, I would recommend anyone suffering from ear problems or allergies to make an appointment with him.
Very knowledgeable, friendly and compassionate doctor backed up by a great staff with sincere empathy. It makes each visit almost pleasurable.
this is the worst dr. office I have ever been to. it took 3 weeks to get an appt, when I got there they asked for cash or personal check for co-pay, and they did. not tell me ahead of time. then they asked me to get out to get money from bank or Dr. won't see me. they only care about money not patient.
My son had seen him over 2 years. Every time come to his office either allergy pill or antibiotic medicine. Two years past, finally he scheduled for adenoids removed in the end Jan. 2016. He still stuff nose badly and he gave my son singular and prednisone medicine and it didn't help. We saw other ENT doctor few weeks ago. After checking my son nose, ENT doctor said the adenoids is still there. So what did Dr. Ngo remove? Scaring and un-trust during seeing him and after...

All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
