An office that takes excellent care of their patients, comfortable setting

Saw Dr Carlesi last week and feel I have FINALLY found a Dr who truly cares about someone's legitamit pain. I have had 4 spinal fusions in the past year, severe arthritis, and now am scheduled for a total hip replacement. Needless to say, I am legitamitley in pain, but have been treated so poorly by the pain management drs in this area I really was ready to give up. Now, I feel my prayers have been answered. He took so much time with me, really listening to my history, my medical issues and worked to come up with a long term plan to manage my pain. I am considering a surgically implanted spinal stimulator once through my go surgery. I didn't even know these existed. His knowledge of pain control seems huge, but most importantly, it seems like he really cares about my quality of life and wants to help . His rules and guidelines are very extensive and kind of scared me at first, but are all reasonable with all that's going on these days, and it seems as long as you follow the rules, you'll be in good hand. I just wish I found him a long time ago. I'm sure I would have saved myself alot of tears. So awesome to know that there are doctors out there who still care. Couldn't recommend him more!

Dr. Carlesi is a fantastic doctor, on top of that he cares about his patients and it shows. That is a quality I have not seen in a doctor in a very long time, if you have chronic pain, he is the man I'd tell 10 out of 10 people to go see.

After about a year and a half of ineffective orthopedic specialist, physical therapy, etc and being referred to many other specialist to pinpoint source of pain for my son. Dr. Carlesi knew immediately how to treat my sons problem. Pain free for the first time in over a year! Highly recommend.
