The customer service was excellent along with the exam, which was fast and ready to answer any of my questions or concerns. I’m also thankful for the help from the customer services to choose the correct frame also they were hip to the latest styles and best fit for my face.

Dr Wen is excellent. He’s very thorough with his explanations of your eye exam and answers all questions and concerns efficiently and with kindness. The LensCrafters staff is terrific, as well!

They have procedures in place that made for perfect customer service. Dr Wen , Dee, and Matthew were so very professional, courteous, and helpful. I was in and out in less than an hour.

This was the best eye exam experience and glasses/sunglasses experience I have ever had! Dr. Matthew Wen was very thorough in explaining everything and was very knowledgeable. I was happy. Diego at LensCrafters was an expert in helping me and my husband select the perfect glasses and sunglasses...he got my sunglasses right on the first try! The attention to detail and customer service was absolutely great here. I loved it🤩

I picked out my frames with the help of Bianca. She made my experience at Lens Crafters most excellent. She was customer focused and able to answer my question to the fullest. Excellent service.

From the moment I arrived the staff was excellent I was greeted and taken back for my exam right away! Dr. Wen was great! Bianca was so helpful in helping me pick my glasses and I can’t wait to return to get them! Thank you to all the staff for being so quick I got through the entire process in and hour and returned to work! Fabulous! Will return for future visits!
