My experience with Eye Doctorss of Washington has been excellent. All the staff I dealt with have been very pleasant and helpful.I had cataract surgery for my left eye yesterday with Dr. Clinch. I was feeling rather apprehensive but the staff eased my apprehensions. I am going to have my right eye operated on next week and feel no apprehension at all.I also found a message on my answering machine the evening after surgery and it was Dr. Clinch inquiring about my well being.I highly recommend this practice

I had a great experience with Dr. Clinch and his entire EDOW staff. They were very professional and made the LASIK procedure a pleasant one. Following LASIK, I have 20/15 vision.

I had a cut to my cornea, and had some material that had to be removed. They got me slotted in within the hour, and got me checked in as a new patient, screened, and seen two techs and the doctor, item removed, prescription send, follow ups scheduled, and out the door within two hours. A week later and I'm good as new! Everyone was professional and helpful, and the follow-ups (when I actually had an appointment) were equally friendly, and involved minimal waiting!Very professional and efficient, will go back and would recommend.

I had my post-opt visit after Lasik today with Dr. Clink and I'm loving the results. 20/25 vision after having to wear thick glasses for years. From the first office visit to see if I was a candidate for Lasik to surgery and follow-up, it was a smooth process. The doc and his staff were amazing and answered all my questions. If you've ever doubted about getting Lasik, don't, loving not needing my glasses to read or see my phone. Chris Pyburn - Happy Customer.

I went to Eye Doctors of Washington for a third opinion, after I got an initial diagnosis of nearly certain glaucoma, then a second opinion of the exact opposite. I've had fantastic vision my entire life, so I'm completely new to Ophthalmology & Optometry, but Dr. Schor was great. If I were to give any reason beyond a competent doctor, who had great manner & answered my rapid fire questions with certainty, for a 5 star review, it would be the front desk & nursing staff. They were all wonderful, funny, kind, and attentive, and generally made a boring & uncomfortable visit fun. Lastly, I only needed to fill out a single form & they had an automated check-in kiosk, so I was in and out fast.

Today I am 10 days post-op from LASIK with Dr. Clinch and I am delighted with the results! The office was professional, and I did not experience any of the billing issues others have commented on. They answered my zillions of paranoid questions quickly and thoroughly, and my post-op checkups are with Dr. Clinch too which makes me feel confident in his assessment of my healing. My one tip is to not use a ride sharing service to get yourself home after surgery. They say you can, and I did, but it was nerve wracking trying to meet a driver when you can barely see and hope that they don't need directions to get you home. The procedure takes about 10 minutes and you'll be there no more than an hour total... just ask someone to accompany you to avoid that unnecessary hassle.

This has been my opthomologist and ophthalmologist for 5 years. I have received excellent care for all of my eye needs. They have been responsive when I have had questions and adhere to the schedule as best they can. Dr. Mayer has kept my eyes in fantastic health and spends the time to ask all my questions. I don't feel rushed.

The med techs or eye nurses or whatever the front line medical staff is called are the best! They are highly professional, ask all the right questions, listen, provide appropriate guidance and are expert in eye health and problems. (In some cases, they may be even better than the doctors!) These assistants are incredibly knowledgeable and really make me feel like I am getting the best possible care and advice. Additional shout-outs go to the people who answer the phones when I call in for follow up information or service. Eye Doctors of Washington is a top flight group that really deserves its five stars!

I found the staff to be pleasant and professional. Dr. Kenneth Schor was very pleasant, patient and knowledgeable. He did not appear rushed to get to his next patient. He took his time and answered all of my concerns and explained everything clearly. Before I left, he handed me a written description of what I was experiencing and the management required to solve the problem to take with me, which was great because at my age, memory is not as great as it use to be. I tend to forget from time to time. My experience was very positive.

Just had LASIK done by Dr Clinch and was blown away but the experience. They seriously go above and beyond for their patients and it shows. Just to name a few of the amazing touches that make their office stand out: -Everyone is seriously so happy there and you can tell they treat their staff well -Misti is a godsend, she makes sure you are taken care of end to end and goes above and beyond -They give you stuffed animals to hold onto in surgery and cookies surgery day (along with a chocolate bar in the goodie bag, nice touch!) -Dr Clinch called me at 8pm a few hours after my surgery to check on me -Never have a hard time reaching them -Straight forward pricing and billing -Again, Misti is awesome. Seriously. -And of course, I can see perfectly now :)
