My father started out with Miracle Ear about the time of the dinosaurs, so I started using them in 2017. Two pairs later I am still using the same office. It is better than ever and so are the new hearing aids. I presently have the MEENERGY R AX 5. This new pair is a game changer, the best fidelity, music, voice and large groups are no problem. The biggest surprise is no reverberation, no extraneous sounds. Music is fabulous. Another surprise is no mess with batteries. Recharge by putting the units in the cradle, no buttons just put them in the charger, for a short time and then put them in your ears.....no buttons. Came into miracle ear today to see what was wrong with my hearing aids and stephanie and marty were able to sit down and take the time to fix my very old hearing aid i will be coming back to see them again !
