Home Helpers provides expert care with a loving touch. They are like family!

The staff at Home Helpers Home Care Bradenton have been wonderful in helping ensure my 95 year old Mother is receiving high quality support to enable her to remain in her home. Mom lives independently in her own home and none of her children live nearby. My siblings and I had noticed that Mom was struggling more with maintain her household and performing all her normal daily activities. After a bout of COVID she was also struggling more with memory issues. She needed more help and it was time to provide her with regular in home care to maintain her living at home. So the search for in home care began. One of the referrals I received linked me up with Home Helpers. They were very helpful when I called to explore their services and our meeting in person made us very comfortable we would be in good hands. Margie met with us a my Mom’s home and fully educated us about their services. By the following week we had our care giver identified and my siblings and I were satisfied that Mom would be getting great care and we could be assured she was safe in her home. Mom was not initially believing she needed additional care but she and her new care giver/friend “Miss Vickie” have developed a strong tie and we know that Mom is being well looked after when we can not be there. Finding that right home care support is scary but Home Helpers Home Care Bradenton have been wonderful.

I would like to thank Home Helpers of Bradenton for the care, communication and understanding they have committed in the care of my father Dr. Thomas Mann, who is now a resident at Water's Edge of Bradenton. This has been a new challenge for me and our family, especially undergoing this transition of lifestyle for him during a global pandemic. They have been extremely helpful in order for me to navigate his needs based on his former lifestyle and to make this difficult to understand change for him as comfortable and seamless as possible. My father is very much a people person and continues to be very physically active. Jayden and Stephanie have been outstanding in meeting those needs and communicating with me 2,000 miles away every step of the way. Jayden and Stephanie, thank you for your compassion, companionship and help to my father as well as your support, expertise and understand with me and my family. My father's voice lights up with excitement and anticipation whenever your names are mentioned. Before I had the luxury of having support with home helpers, I was trying to survive, insurmountable, odds. Now that I have the necessary support to: get things done, get where I need to get to, and have facilitation in treating a Trumatic brain injury, I am overwhelmed with joy and much less physical pain. My only question to anyone reading my comments is this, why would you not hire them??? Happy New Year’s, 2023. Dalecia is my special gemstone, a dividing rod on the ocean sand, she is extra special, please don’t demand her too much because she’s my favorite.🇺🇸 My best to anyone struggling, I hope my comments provide insight to true healthcare as opposed to horrible, residential facility, living environments.

We engaged Home Helpers of Bradenton for our father who was in a rehab facility. They had been recommended and we were very satisfied. From the prompt initial assessment (on Christmas Eve!) to the rapid planning for what days/times we needed, to the outstanding services of the aides we received. It’s important to note that the main ‘office’ is essentially available 24x7 by phone or text. We had a lot of shifting needs and Margie and the team were always available and flexible at any hour. Finally was the exemplary service of home health aides Deborah and Beth. Both were responsive and processional. Especially Deborah who was an active and effective communicator, always keeping us informed throughout her session. I highly recommend this organization.
