Nice waiting area, did not have long wait as a new patient, doctor listened and ordered appropriate test , follow up appt provided

I saw Dr. Harris instead of Dr. Trope. I am new to the area and got his name off of BCBS directory. He is very pleasant and listened attentively to my problems and chose correct procedures to diagnois my digestive problems. The staff are very nice and caring, too.

Even eryone was friendly and made my visit nice. Everyone genuinely enjoys their jobs and made me feel comfortable and at ease. I was referred by family and friends and I wll now refer Dr Trope!

Very knowledgeable and thorough and caring

Dr. Trope and his staff are professional, courteous knowledgeable and caring. I have absolute trust in their judgement and decision-making. Dr. Trope really listens and explains things thoroughly. He cured my spouse of a life threatening C-diff episode. He has navigated me through various conditions and procedures and acts with urgent caution. He is top notch!

He was very thorough in reviewing my paperwork. He had a discussion with me on better ways that I can help improve my health and the issues with my liver. I liked that he took the few moments to speak to me about my health and you hear the sincerity in his voice. That lets me know that he really cares about his patients and that you're more than a number.

I have now had several procedures done by Dr. Trope and I cannot give enough positive accolades about him and his staff. Dr. Trope is the complete package meaning everything you could want in your physician. He is incredibly knowledgeable but also exceptionally kind and caring. He has such a calming, pleasant demeanor - so different from many other physicians I've seen in my lifetime and he will never make you feel like he wants to rush you out the door. During your time with him you know that he truly cares about you. Every employee at both the office and the surgical center is also very friendly and kind. They put you at ease during what could be a fairly stressful time. They really seem to enjoy their jobs and like it is their pleasure to care for you. As long as Dr. Trope is working in SW Florida I would never consider seeing any other gastroenterologist.
