I walked in to get some info on their skincare line and the girls there were wonderful. I’m terrible with names, but the beautiful, more mature woman that works in the front was so nice and helpful. She kept it simple and even gave me a few samples of the three items she recommended. Which she also uses… pretty sure I’ll be back to get those as her skin was gorgeous. After seeing how great she looked I also wanted to get a bit of information about some possible fillers and/or botox and there was a bit of time in their schedule so she was able to get me to see their injector, another beautiful young lady. She was very honest and wasn’t just trying to sell services or products. You can totally tell that she wanted to give you the best outcome and not just make money. She cared about how her work would represent her. Because of this experience, I trust these girls and this office, which is a lot for me to say as I don’t trust just anyone, would recommend their office confidently and will be going back. Thank you girls.

I had the pleasure to visit Miami Plastic Surgery office in Coral Gables and I had an exceptional experience. Maylen Cadenas treated me with the utmost care. Her assistant and the rest of the staff were so caring and I felt safe and well cared for.Best experience ever. Highly recommended.

I’ve never done my lips before, and I was very nervous. Maylen did an AMAZING job!! Super natural! I have also struggled with acne since a young age. Going to Maylen she has helped me clear my acne AND my acne scars. I feel so confident in myself. And I have even stopped wearing makeup as much. I have tried several products and doctors, yet I’ve have never had the success that I have today after seeing Maylen!!! Definitely recommend!!

I would give them more stars if possible. Maylen CADENAS was professional and kind. Her assistant was wonderfully nice. They both understood my concerns without trying to sell more and more treatments. They did follow up on me. This is will be my to go clinic.

The Coral Gables office was fantastic to work with from the front desk staff on up. I had a wonderful experience with Maylen. She’s amazing and does not try to upsell you on products or services that you do not need. I am very happy with my results.
