I had a visit with Samantha and she told me things that were not correct as far as the filler lasting, the results did not last nearly as long. I am very disappointed spending $2700.00, within a very short time, the effects were noticeably gone. When I contacted the office to express my concerns, I came back to see her and Samantha was defensive and offered many excuses. I was told there would be no refund and no additional product was offered to correct the issue. I understand the results may vary, but I expected better customer service and some effort to address my concerns. I would still like that and to speak with a manager or owner. Sandra Euler

Lovely atmosphere, and staff.and thrilled with Brittany who did the most incredible job with the fillers!!!! Have been getting fillers for several years but this is the best result I’ve ever had.

While my daughter got horrible burns from her chemical peel here (4 doctor’s appointments and 2 dentist visits later), that wasn’t even the most upsetting part. We called the location to just give the manager feedback about the experience thinking she would express ANY concern at all. Actually, far from it. She was rude, defensive, unprofessional, kept speaking over me repeatedly and said my daughter’s reaction to the chemical peel was due to a HSV-1 virus. So, we rushed to a doctor to get her bloodwork done, only to find out she was negative for everything. The manager needs a different job. She’s unprofessional.

The therapist was skilled and did a nice job.but it felt rushed. My appointment was at 1.45. By the time I filled out paperwork, got prepared in the facial room, and laid there waiting for her to start the massage, it was after 2. At 2:38 I was out at the desk paying. When I asked how long facials lasted, I was told 45minutes to an hour. For 129.00 I wanted more..
