Munafo says was saying I was being rude. And disrespectful. Which when I asked how he wouldnt even explain. Just dismissing me. Just another male calling woman disrespectful when theyre not super polite. But I was just talking ? It happened so fast how do people except to work there and have no compassion for anyone???? They wont help on my anxiety and get me on stimulants to manage my ADHD. Im having to go somewhere else. Dont go to Henderson.

Im a medical professional. I call several occasions to solve a patient relativesituation. First of all the system do not allow you to select a language not Spanish or any other not a problem for some but for several patients that is a big issue. The call is the received by a call center with very rude personnel that ask a lot of questions then they transfer you to front desk who ask again another set of questions including the ones that you already answer to the call center after that front desk transfer you to Im not sure a Nurse Amber who apparently is very busy and is not answering the call so you have to left a message that is never returned. The personnel in general is not helpful. Is very frustrating and unprofessional. Stay away of this place.

This place is the absolute worst from my own personal experience. Staff needs training on how to deal with mentally ill individuals or simply replace the handful that turned this place rotton. Shame on them

Was taking a bipolar med and doctor referred to take 2 meds with a script to memorial health and was gonna be 1300 bucks. Said he would not see me until I was taking the craving meds so now Im feeling horrible cause I cant take my bipolar meds. Dr pea aka peanut is not taking care if his patients correctly.

Horrible experience with this place. HUGE disappointment. Not only was the psychiatrist a half hour late for the first morning appointment she was late because she was gossiping with another psychiatrist in the hallway about a patient who was rude that was backeracted. Have been trying to get preventive care by seeing a psychiatrist since i dont have health insurance and the disrespect and lack of professionalism has turned me away. Tried to file a complaint and the woman was trying to blame me and didnt even ask the name of the psychiatrist stating sometimes they run late. I would understand if there was traffic or an emergency. Sitting in a waiting room for 20 minutes listening to two psychiatrists gossip about a young woman being rude when she was backeracted and then finding out the one woman was my psychiatrist is EXTREMELY disrespectful. Not only does it violate patientdoctor confidentiality because i heard the womans name it also shows a lack of concern or professionalism when it comes to a patients appointment time.
