God has used this practice immensely in my life over the last couple of months! I was looking actively for faith-centered care and Lillianis and her team take such incredible care and are so flexible and available to have in-person and remote sessions! Absolutely recommend!

Carmen has been a God send. Being a therapist myself, I was skeptical at first because I thought I knew everything I needed to know but Carmen has challenged me beyond belief. I've definitely seen growth in multiple areas of my life because of her. Her kind-hearted but hard hitting approach keeps me engaged even when I feel like giving up. I am thoroughly pleased with my choice to come to Hope.

I have to say this is a place with great quality. On behalf of, Beyond Pregnancy Care, we have sent a client to Hope Counseling and today to hear our client sound so different then when she came to our office just blesses us!! I have been battling depression and anxiety since the birth of my first son. I felt my world was crumbling and I needed support and understanding as to how to manage my emotions and how to process what I was feeling. I learned while speaking to my therapist that I was actually having PPD Ilmy therapist was able to teach me all I needed to know to overcome this battle and to become a healthier me. My therapist was there for me every step of the way and I thank God for this practice and my therapist Lynette.

I have been coming to Hope for over a year and will keep coming here. This is where to get answers and heal from anything. Staff is amazing and great communication when needed.

Honestly don't know what I would do without this team. Everyone here is always kind and welcoming and they create a safe and comforting space for those who need it.

I recommend this practice and the therapists are very attention to detail. Very professional, and dependable. I trust them with the care of my mental health and my well being. When the pandemic hit, they quickly implemented the technological infrastructure to continue providing services virtually. Never missed a beat.I was in a really dark place the day I began therapy. I cannot emphasize enough how professional the staff is, and how much they truly and genuinely care for their clients. Lillianis Cruz is an incredibly competent counselor, she is the head counselor, and she truly knows how to treat, not only clients, but her staff with such respect. I highly recommend this place.
