The doctors and PAs here are wonderful. I love how fantastic they are - and want to stay with them in the future. Administration could do a better job managing billing, insurance, etc.

Update - Issue was resolved and explanation given. Horrible accountability! I called on Monday to request a prescription be re-filled and clearly asked if I needed to go into the office to get the new script. I was told a message would be sent to the nurse practitioner and if the prescription could be filled I would get a text. I got later the same day a message and when I picked up the prescription it was wrong (or at least very different from what I was given before). I called the next morning asking for help and was told a message would be sent to the nurse practitioner. I did not get a call back until the following day, by a medical assistant that is not qualified or able to get any answers and all she could say is "the office is closed today. I am the only one here" and had zero useful information to share. Thank you very much to Natalie, nurse practitioner who wrote the prescription, according to the medical assistant, and could not be bothered to, within the business hours of the day I left the message, call me back knowing they were closed the next day. Fantastic service.....

I started as a client here about 6 years ago. Best decision I ever made. Natalie and Pao have been my two primary medical points of contact there. Every time we start discussing my reason for being in the office that day, they make me feel at ease and comfortable to openly discuss my health issue. I have nothing but respect for the amazing work and guidance they’ve given me. I highly recommend making them your medical office. I promise you will not be disappointed. P.S. they love taking blood for lab tests. My favorite vampires. 🤣
