Dr Hoffler took the time to clearly explain the pain I was experiencing in both my wrists by showing me where the pain was coming from. He also explained the different procedures that would alleviate that pain. I appreciated that he gave me the option to go with the least invasive first to see if it works. He was caring and understanding as was his staff.
