Zachary Brooks's Online Review Report Card

My wife, and I, have been going to Dr. Brooks for several years now. He has always been professional, cordial, informative, and perhaps most impressive, generally on time! I actually look forward to my visits. The information is presented, and Dr. Brooks takes time to explain any issues and what can be done to correct them. He hasn't ever pushed for me to take any type of pharmaceuticals, although they have been mentioned, but will help explain what types of lifestyle changes can be made to help correct any issues. Just a fantastic doctor, and his team is as well. I highly recommend Dr. Brooks to anyone looking for a more personal experience with their doctor.

I had a positive experience from the moment I checked in to check out. I was 30 minutes early for my appointment. I was called back as I was filling out my paperwork. That NEVER happens.Dr. Garcia was very pleasant. I switched my primary care due to insurance change. I appreciated the great customer service. They were very efficient and every staff.member had a smile. 😁

Dr. Garcia was very nice and did not rush on explaining things to my father during his new patient appointment. He made my father and I feel comfortable.

Today 7/31/19 was my first new patient appointment. Historically, I have avoided going to the doctor , but realize that is not a wise decision. So I did my research and found that Dr. Brooks had great reviews. As a result, I chose to go with Dr. Brooks to see if these reviews were indeed true. I can say with 100% certainty with no bias at all that Dr. Mark Brooks is one of the best doctors that I have been to and the staff was very pleasant. Dr. Brooks took the time to get to know me as a person first and the asked questions regarding medical history. He listened and at no point did I feel rushed or as if he could careless as to what I said. I can tell that he genuinely cares and that he would do everything possible to make sure that I remain in good health.

It was not easy to find a doctor and staff which are willing to take time with a 90 year old man with dementia. My search ended when I met the staff and then dr. Garcia in dr. Brooks office. They are attentive to all of my father's medical needs and they are on top of everything! They all take the time to patiently listened to his stories and all of his Budweiser Jokes, which at this point the entire office hs heard more than once. I cannot recommend the doctors and staff highly enough. My search for good quality medical treatment for my father paid off when I found dr. Garcia.

First appointment with office. From check in to examination everyone was so nice and accommodating. New to the area and needed a new primary doctor. They took time to go over prior history and diagnosed right away what other doctors missed. Came up with a plan and put everything in motion. Very pleased and happy I found this office and they take my insurance. Convenient location and easy to get appointment.

Great first time experience. Michelle at the front desk set me up with Casey and Dr. Garcia. Good vibes throughout, very cordial and professional. All front staff members were very nice and helpful as well so that was a plus. Will definitely recommend.

Everyone on the office staff is very helpful and friendly. Especially Chrissy and Jasmine. Terry, the APRN that we see is very friendly and knowledgeable.

The staff is super friendly, competent and professional. Doctor Brooks is the best doctor I've ever had.
