I just want to say I am so thankful for how organized and friendly the staff is. I had a very poor experience at my children's previous agency. I am so thankful they are providers of Tricare as well since it is so difficult to find psychiatry providers for children in our area. Would like to say that Sasha Griffin is amazing with my kids. I love how direct and patient she is. Being a mental health professional myself, I am very picky about who my children see. I hope that my children can continue the care with Sasha as long as possible! Thank you all for your services.

I see Maria as my therapist and she is one of the best hands down. No long waits she truly cares about her patients and their well being. I would definitely recommend Advance Psychiatric.

Herein lies the future of mental health care. I have been saved radically changed for the betterment of myself and those around me.

Great doctor

My initial appt at APS was far beyond my expectations! I called one day and they arrangeded to see me the next morning at 8:15 AM. The staff was prepared and very helpful.Dr. Nazir spent about 90 minutes with us, explaining virtually everything I needed to know about Ketamine and all the questions we had - past and current meds; how he'd contact my cardiologist about a heart problem I have (before treatment); how I should proceed on my meds until all was cleared.Can't say enough about everything!

Dr Nazeer is personalable and helpful. I always feel like his only priority when working with him. Love the video visits!

Went here for a while and thought I was getting decent care, after a while became just another number and was given questionable advice in sessions. Grateful for the help because it was better than nothing but I’m glad I was able to find a new therapist.

Weirdos charge $400 for paperwork

Did what was supposed to be a court ordered 4 hour parenting course with them for a divorce case but upon completing the course the certificate would not populate and took me 8 hours because of glitches. Called them to figure out how I could obtain my certificate and was basically told they are not sure and that the matter started in June. They claimed to have techs working on the matter but could not give me a date or an estimated time frame as to when I would receive it. Tried calling back several times to ask about a refund and they kept hanging up on me or ignore my call (they have caller ID). They finally picked up the phone and nobody spoke but I could hear them in the background talking in Spanish basically ignoring me while I spoke. Simply asking them for my refund. The call went on for 12 mins till they hung up. I paid for my services, they can't produce the one thing I need for my court case and refuse to tell me about a refund. Why keep the website up if persons can't get their certificate at the end of the "4 hour" course? Why not put a disclaimer so folks can decide if they want to risk it with them or not? Seems like they want to keep taking peoples money and could care less about their circumstances. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!! If I could give it Zero stars I would! 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
