I have been coming to this office for a few years now. I started out with Dr. Weibley, but unfortunately she moved out of state. I hadn't gotten around to finding another PCP since Dr. Weibley left, and then COVID hit and it just got pushed to the back burner. At some point during lockdown, I started to look for a new doc. I went to on of my FB groups and started looking for recommendations. One comment after another were all recommending Dr. Jessica Teav...so I was good with that and called to make an appt. To my utter delight, I found out she's located in the exact same office as Dr. Weibley! I made the appt. and had to wait a few months cuz of all the COVID non-sense, but I finally made it to the office just last week. I 100000% cannot say enough good things about Dr. Teav!! She was absolutely, positively EVERYTHING everyone said who recommended her. She is very knowledgably in a lot of areas, she took her time to talk, listen, recommend etc. She never rushed me and she absolutely left me feeling like I was her patient, not just another patient she saw in the office. She's hard to get in to see since she's only currently working part-time, but getting on her schedule is well worth the wait!
Hunter was extremely kind and helpful. She went above and beyond to extend a helping hand for a new patient. Words are not enough but thank you!!
New location for BayCare Doctors office (BayCare Medical Group Primary Care Physicians - Allendale) on 4th Street North {US 92), St. Petersburg. Very professional staff = efficient, quick, no hassles, do a great job. Great Primary Care doctor = Dr. Lorenzo Hernandez. The least expensive healthcare options are Medicare HMO plans, which require you to have a "Primary Care" doctor.Free Wi-Fi, plus they have a free USB Charging Station just to the right of the reception desk. The bus stops right at this office. If you are driving south on 4th Street N, Google Maps has you drive down to the next stop light to make a U-Turn. There are at least 3 Left-Turn lanes before that to make the U-Turn. The office signs are not big, so keep a lookout for them. The office is right next to AMSCOT, and their sign is easy to see.
Dr Hernandez and his assistant PA Micheal have been great with me. I don’t have insurance and they really work with me to keep costs down and provide excellent care.
I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Carol Tran today and she was fantastic! She was a great listener and very personable. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
I see Dr Schutzbach here and I've had nothing but good experiences. The staff has all been very friendly and helpful. I'm seen in a very timely manner, but I don't feel rushed ever. I also have called a couple times to ask questions and they were fairly quick to respond.
I signed up with Baycare Plus Rewards HMO. It is a super Medicare Advantage program. They cover the $100 monthly Part B, so I have ZERO monthly contribution!! Saves me $1,200 per year!! Dr. Lorenzo Hernandez is my primary care physician. He is a super guy! Quick and efficient, and a very good listener - he makes sure that he understands my concerns and point-of-view, before making recommendations.
Dr Tran is very personable. She hears you.Security not bad either.ty for the safety
I made an appointment as a new patient and went in to see the doctor and of course, they told me they would need my medical records from my previous doctor so before I left I went to the check out desk and waited to see if they needed me to sign any forms or anything else of some sort in order to get the records but they told me that I’m all set and I can go so without thinking about it, I thought everything was good and they’d be working on getting my records. So I called the following week like the doctor told me and the first time I called one of the medical assistants told me that they haven’t been able to get a hold of my records yet so, I said I can give my previous doc office a call to ask if they’ve received the request or something. I called and they told me no so I call Baycare and then they tell me that I’ll need to come in and sign a release form and I live over 30 minutes away so I would prefer not to drive that far just to sign a form and although I was annoyed and probably sounded like it, I calmly told the girl on the phone this and she started speaking with an attitude as if I’m not supposed to be annoyed that I have to drive all the way out there just to sign 1 form. Honestly, if her tone was nicer and more understanding, I probably wouldn’t have been as irritated but it felt like she was basically telling me that I’m not allowed to feel annoyed although it was very much warranted in this situation. And I just wonder why they couldn’t have me sign the form when I was there for my initial appointment. You don’t understand the distance that patients live and what they have to do in order to make it in to see the doctor so, they need better communication so that one person is not saying one thing to patients while another person is saying something else which is delaying patients’ medical care. And their customer service skills definitely needs improvement because I’m already turned off by their attitude and feel as if I need to be in search of a new doctors office once again.
The costumer service is horrible!! My husband and I were going to go there for our primary care, but we won’t be dealing with customer service that is rude every time we need to go to the doctor. I’ve never been treated so badly at a doctors office!

All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
