Within 2 months of using the program, I've lost over 40lbs and my blood pressure has dropped to a more normal reading for a 39yr old man. Like the ads stated, no real diet or exercise required. A great boost in losing weight. There is a food plan though. The food plan is not just chicken breast and salad. Drink water and follow the plan given to you. You cannot fail unless you have no will to lose weight.

The staff at Be The New You are fabulous. From my first day on the program, they have been supportive and considerate as I continue on my weight loss journey. They understand the ups, downs and plateaus we all go through. Weight loss has never come easy for me, but this program is very easy to follow. It is the client who makes their weight loss successful, with support of the staff. Keep up the good work!
I had always been struggling to lose weight for years. But thanks to the Be The New You team in Atlanta, I was able to lose almost 40 pounds and still counting. The team has been very supportive and highly recommend Be The New You.
At first, weight loss numbers were slow, but inches were melting off. This is the ONLY weight management plan that has ever worked for me. I still have a ways to go, but I am certain that the best is yet to come.

I heard about Be The New You on my favorite radio station, and I just had to check them out. When I started I was 197 two weeks ago, I am now down to 180. The program works if you follow the plan.
It’s a pretty simple process just takes a little time and your body starts adjusting and you see the changes in your body which gives me the motivation to keep going!

First let me start off by saying no weight loss program is free and without effort on your part. I repeat, NO weight loss program is FREE or without EFFORT on YOUR part. Here’s my analogy after being with the program for more than 2 months, if you want to be a bodybuilder you don’t just go to the gym. You hire someone to help you and you put in the hard work. I was having trouble losing weight and heading into menopause, so I hired someone to help me. To my surprise I met with Dr. Taylor herself for my first visit. After a million questions and tons of information she asked me for my target weight loss. I said I just wanted to feel normal and look better. She held my feet to the fire and asked me for a number. My 5’3”, 190lbs self spit out 25 pounds. So my journey began. The program teaches you a new way to look at food and gives you a better appreciation for the healthier choices. I am currently down 20lbs and I feel great. I actually believe I won’t stop at 25 after all that I have learned. It’s amazing that the foods I thought I would miss don’t even taste that good anymore. This has been a whole new way of life for me and my family.
