Dr. Nadia Taylor and her staff are all so kind and truly caring. The nurse was so patient with my stubborn son who was hestitant for his height and weight. That made an impact on me right away. Dr. Taylor was so thorough and took her time answering all of my questions and going over everything with me. In the evening I went to check my phone and had a voicemail with another recommendation for my child - I have NEVER had a doctor follow up let alone leave a message with recommendations. I was amazed by that! Yes - as other reviews have stated there is a wait... but if you have a positive attitude and mIndset about it is not that bad. I've had a wait at any doctor I've ever been to so wouldn't not come back because if a wait. Wonderful experience and can't wait for our next appointment!
Dr Taylor is amazing! Will you have to wait? Probably. But what that means for you as the patient (/patient's parent) is that when it is your turn, you'll have her undivided attention and you can ask every single question you have! I usually have a list! Some important, some "while I'm here, can I pick your brain?" sort of a thing. She HEARS you. She wants you to have all of your concerns addressed and no matter how silly the question, she responds with compassion and kindness. We were in recently and a very young kiddo came in not feeling well, after us, after our scheduled appointment time. I actually saw them come and go before we were put in an exam room. When they were leaving, I saw they had a nebulizer in hand and knew that their babe must have had trouble breathing and if that were my child, I'd appreciate them putting off the well visits to examine my baby! I have no problem waiting and being thankful I'm not the one who needed to be seen quickly.
She is loving and caring to everyone and has a gentle spirit. She always has a kind word for everyone to brighten their day.
Resepcionist is very friendly, easy scedule appt for established patient. Dr.Taylor is very educated and wise dr. Im glad we choose her practice, very pleased that dr listen to our needs and can offer alternative route if parents desire so. If you want to have a healthy child and keep it drug free, go and see her option. In our family, we belive that pharma drugs should be a last line of treatment, unless you have broken bonds or having critical life emergency, than its definatly different approach. But if long life well being is what you looking for, than its will be a good choice for dr.Taylor.
Dr Taylor is exactly who I was looking for as a new health conscious mom looking for a physician for my son . We discussed vaccines openly and she had no problem meeting my needs.
This is a small practice with only one doctor and some of her staff lack empathy and basic customer service. When I called because my child was sick, I endured a 10-minute hold, and upon calling back, I received no apology and the woman was rude. They couldn't schedule my son to see the doctor for two days, a recurring issue over the years. Typically, I'm advised to take my sick child to urgent care. This experience was the breaking point for me.
I had the VERY SAME experience as the previous person that posted about leaving. If I could give it negative 10 stars I would. Never have I had a doctor display such a blatant disregard for me and my time. I have had THREE different appointments scheduled over the last 2 months and SHE HAS NOT BEEN THERE FOR ANY. Each time my children and I have waited for almost 30 mins PAST our appointment and she NEVER SHOWED UP. Never even so much as called to apologize. I've never encountered such disrespect and unprofessionalism. And because of her my son, who has Down Syndrome a d Autism has missed therapy because she won't sign the script without seeing him.......WHEN SHE IS THE ONE NOT SHOWING UP TO THE DAMN APPOINTMENT. She doesn't deserve to be a doctor if this is the level of disregard she has for her patients.
I'm leaving this practice. Dr. Taylor seems like a nice enough doctor, and was good with my son, but this seems like a fledgling practice that just doesn't quite have it together. Now, yesterday, my son was due for his 2 months shots. These vaccines are extremely important as we'll be travelling a bit around the holidays. I call the day before to push his appointment from 12:30 to a later time because I had a lunch meeting. The receptionist offers me 2:00, 2:30, 3:00 and 3:30. I take 2:30. We drive from my office in Buckhead all the way up to Duluth (which is a 30 minute drive even without traffic) to find the doors locked and all of the lights off. I called and received no answer. I sent an email to the office's listed email address as we headed home requesting clarification. No response to that either. Today when I called I was told that they had no record of my son's 2:30 appointment, and that they were at lunch at that time. They were unapologetic, unable to offer a subsequent appointment that worked around my work schedule, and frankly, the receptionist was very rude. We have made an appointment with another, more established practice at this time, and though Dr. Taylor does seem to be competent enough as a physician, we would not recommend her practice.
Unprofessional. They schedule appointments when the doctor isn't even there. My appointment was at 10:00 and the doctor did not even get to the office until 10:45. The doctor came in and said hello and proceeded to exam my daughter without even an apology for her tardiness. I explained to her I wasn't happy with the service I received. I didn't appreciate her showing up for work 45 minutes late when she had scheduled appointments. I asked her if she thought that was acceptable or professional. She then said "sorry" and told me I could find another doctor for my kids because she "didn't want to be lectured". She hurried out of the room without telling me the results of my daughters exam or her hearing/vision tests. So I had to wait even longer for her to come back in the room and discuss everything with me. The only reason I take my kids to this place is because they don't force you to vaccinate. But there is nothing else good about this place. Be prepared for a long wait if you come here because this is not the first time this has happened to us. It's just the first time I finally decided to speak up about it. What an embarrassment of a business. *EDITED* the doctor claims I yelled at everyone in her office. Not true at all. I didn't yell or scream, I simply called them out for their lack of professionalism and I guess they didn't like that. This doctor has a God complex clearly, and thinks she can do no wrong. Dr. Taylor thinks because she is the business owner she can show up to work whenever she wants, and keep her paying customers waiting. That's just unprofessional no matter how you look at it. Also, when they emailed me the "dismissal letter" from their office they also sent me a bill for another patient in the practice with personal information including full name, address, and medical information. Obviously it was sent to me by mistake. So careless.

All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
