The staff was very friendly and helpful, the atmosphere was not the typical morbid Dr. Office atmosphere. The ladies were magnificent, friendly, kind and professionally honest.

I went today for my annual physical, and I had an awesome experience. The receptionist (whose name has escaped me, even though she told me) was so sweet. Lynnae and Leekieshia were fantastic, they were both very personable and laid back, but were clear and concise about my medical history and care. The phlebotomist (again, so sorry, I forgot her name but she definitely told me!) was awesome, she and I chatted about our families and the weekend and laughed while she prepped and took my blood, and it made that experience so smooth. 10/10, I am so happy I’ve found them for my primary.

Love the Duluth Primary Care office - everyone in the office is great, front office staff, nurse & clinician. I should have written down everyone’s name so I could give them a personal shout out. I look forward to returning.
