I saw the PA Anthony this morning! He was great! I had a great experience at North Georgia Urgent Care. I would definitely return to this location if needed. I went in around 9AM and was there for about an hour. No wait at all!

I have been to this facility about 4 or 5 times. Fantastic service from the receptionist to medical assistants, PA and doctors. They take time to hear you out and you are not just a body moving through as fast as they can get you through. I highly recommend this facility.

I want to say that the front desk lady is very nice patient. Makes you feel good about coming here. I went to children urgent care over on satellite blvd first and the lady seems as if she didn't want to answer my questions. The urgent care doesn't open till 11 on weekdays so I wanted to know what other options is there for me she said gwinett medical center so I said thank you she just went on with the next person behind me ignored me. But glad I found this place made Me feel better.

I visit NG Urgent Care for an prescription. This was the first time visiting an Urgent care and the process was very easy. I completed all my paperwork online so I didn't have to complete it once I arrived. I was In an out within 30 minutes and I my prescription was sent straight to the pharmacy. Will definitely be recommending this place to anyone.

Update for 4/24/2023: I had to edit my original review from years ago. It's still a five-star medical facility and still deserves a five-star review. Went this week, as my PCP couldn't schedule me in, and I have to say the care has stayed consistent over the years. They are upgrading their check-in system, to a Kiosk where you enter your information, then set your appointment. It's new technology for a lot of folks who use NGUC, and I was very impressed with the young lady behind the counter, who thoroughly explained, with detailed step-by-step instructions on paper, how to create a profile and username, and create your appointment for that day. She checked up on me, several times, answered my questions and did so for every person that walked in. Very professional and very good personality. They have remodeled this office and it looks great, as well. Great staff there, and I received excellent care, yet again. If you need to be seen fast, by a professional team, NGUC is the place to go. My first review from a few years ago, starts here: I've been seen here three times, and it's the best care I've had as far as Urgent Care goes. The PA that is there during the week is awesome, and all of the staff are friendly, professional and just good people. I've never had to wait very long at all. They also listen to you. Great group. If you need help, quickly, this is the place.
