I was stuck at a place of being tired and stressed all the time. I did not want to get out of bed and when I was out of bed I just wanted to go back to bed. Rabia worked with me to identify my root issues and addressed them! I now feel amazing!

Rabia is amazing! I suffered from IBS like symptoms for YEARS. Nothing worked and I was always told my bloodwork was fine. Rabia found out I had mold toxicity which blew my mind. She has helped my gut tremendously and I am already feeling better even though we are in beginning stages of treatment. I would recommend elevate to ANYONE!!! I have learned so much!

I see Rabia, and she is fantastic. She is knowledgeable, listens and is very down to earth. I love the way she treats you like a team player in your health, unlike most physicians. She replies quickly to messages too. Highly recommend elevate functional medicine as a practice!

Gina Ditta-Donahue and the staff at Elevate Functional Medicine have been awesome. Friendly service and no waiting when you get to the office. After many years of feeling crummy and progressively worsening but hearing "your blood work is fine," I'm so grateful to have found Gina. At Elevate, I am a name, not a number. Together, we're connecting the dots and finding the root of my issues. I'm finally being heard, and communication works both ways. Personalized medicine and care is the way to go. Bonus -- I don't have to drive to Atlanta!
