They don't answer the phone. I have been on hold for 17 minutes! My bad..... so sorry, I just realized today is Martin Luther King Day and of course they are closed. The doctors and service at Aloha Laser Vision have been really great.

Such a lovely experience once I was finally able to get the surgery done it was quick fast and painless. Right before surgery day I had my eyes checked to see if everything was good to go and just my luck I had many retina tears so I had to get the tears in my eyes fixed before I was able to get the LASIK. The retina tear laser surgery was performed out in town by some other doctor and that was horrible not going to lie so I was scared to actually get LASIK done. Once I was healed up from the retina tear surgery I finally got the LASIK done and I am so greatful. The staff here are super friendly and made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. I highly recommend this place to anyone who sick of wearing glasses. The surgery was so fast and Dr. Faulkner did a good job talking me through it. I felt no pain what so ever. I couldn't believe how fast and easy it was. I was able to see as soon as I got up from the table! They also have payment plans if you can't pay the whole amount so it is very convenient. You won't regret it !

Wow... After waiting my entire life to have this procedure (I was nearly legally blind) I am blown away by the results! Went to Aloha Laser Vision in September of last year & I still can't believe what I can SEE! Pre-op, the entire operation & post-op services were exceptional... Dr. Faulkner and his entire staff were friendly, compassionate, and very professional. From the moment you walk in the door, you are greeted by cheerful, caring staff who walk you through the appointments with respect and caring. Christina and Melanie are so welcoming. Jayci puts you at ease with her warm smile and sweet personality. Drs. Mau and Sato are so informative and make sure that all of your questions are answered. They are very thorough in their exams that you feel that you are in the hands of the best optometrists. Tess explains the LASIK procedures and process in a very easy to understand manner. Anthony and Donovan are very nice and professional.Carol does an extremely excellent job explaining what you will expect during the procedure. She walks you through it step by step so you know exactly what to expect. Her manner is so calming and reassuring that all of your worries disappear. I also met Dr. Garay, who is sweet and pleasant. Dr. Faulkner is so wonderful to work with. He explains all of your options, answers all questions honestly, and makes you feel that you are in the best hands. I have thought about LASIK for many years. With Dr. Faulkner, it felt so right and I completely trust his knowledge and skill. my vision the day after was 20/15 in one eye and 20/20 in the other eye. Thank you so much to Dr. Faulkner and all of his staff for giving me the gift of better vision and eye health!!

I've had several successful eye surgeries performed by Dr. Faulkner with such wonderful life changing enhancements to my vision. Such courteous staff, especially Tess, who helped me feel so much at ease with both the financial arrangements and the vision enhancement procedure itself. I'm happy to recommend Aloha Laser Vision as the best option and solution to any of your vision needs.

Morning after LASIK and I am 20/15. Yesterday: LASIK 8:45 am, 4 hour nap, woke up, applied drops, some pizza and a beer, walked dogs, went to class, got out at 8;40pm, drove home w/ no halos or floaters. If my vision gets any better it will be X-Ray vision. Thank you to everyone at Aloha Laser with a shout out to Dr. Garay.

Awesome experience. They are all so nice and take really good care of their patients with pre and post surgery appointments that are all inclusive. I had eye surgery about 2 months ago, PRK in the left and LASIK in the right. I had scarring damage but they were still able to do the surgery. I now have 20/15 and almost 20/10! Couldn't be happier with the results and customer service. The surgery was a little nerve wrecking, as it would be at any location, but the doctors and staff made me feel comfortable during the process. They were calm and it made me more calm. Once it was over, I hardly felt any pain or discomfort and the healing process was smooth. As expected, my PRK eye took a little longer to heal so it was a little blurry on and off for about a month. The LASIK eye was improved instantly, I could see perfectly the same day. They definitely know what they are doing and give you all the information you need to make the process go as smoothly as possible.

I visited this place about 2 years ago and then once again recently. I wanted to get an eye exam because i felt like my vision had started to deteriorate due to my lifestyle changes or maybe,i am just getting old. On my last visit, i went through a thorough eye exam and a number of different high-tech devices were used to examine both of my eyes for any changes since my visit two years ago. After i was finished i had two optometrist come in and consult me, about any changes to my vision. They were very professional, and thorough in explaining possible causes to changes in my vision and the forms of treatment offered. The staff here is friendly, and very helpful. They are also great at following up and keeping track of their customers. I usually schedule appointments by calling in weeks ahead of time, after scheduling an appointment i get a mail reminder, as well as a phone call reminder the day of. With a busy schedule, those reminders really help! The staff makes you feel like you are a valued customer. They show concern by sending monthly newsletters and making sure that you can commit to all of the follow up appointments to properly ensure complete treatment. So far, nothing but great experiences with Aloha Laser Vision. Looking forward to my next eye exam! A tip on parking: Parking can only be accessed through Beretania St. and is free with a validation from Aloha Laser offices.

I saw a TV ad for this place, checked it out on Yelp, inquired about a consultation and had LASIK eye surgery scheduled within a week! I really like when an office is staffed with friendly, smiling people and Aloha Laser Vision is filled with just these sorts of people. From the front desk staff, to the technicians, optometrists and M.D., everyone seems to enjoy their job and helping the patients. I was even able to have my boyfriend record the surgery...which was cool to watch later. I had the surgery done just over a week ago and it has been life changing! Thank you Dr. Faulkner, Dr. Saito, and the entire team at Aloha Laser Vision! Also, they provide a military discount and an additional discount if you're able to pay your bill in full at the time you schedule the surgery. :-)

Just finished the Lasik process a few days ago. Can't believe I've waited so long to do it! The entire staff (Carole, Tess, Dr. Mau, Dr. Sato, Dr. Faulkner, and one other person whose name I can't remember) did an amazing job coordinating appointments and answering any questions I had. Everyone was extremely helpful and informative as well as very thorough with their exams. I was amazed at how fast the operation was done and how there was no pain for me (aside from some pressure on the eye during the operation, which Carole prepared me for). I attribute this to the many procedures that Dr. Faulkner has previously done successfully. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with the outcome. My eyes are getting better everyday. Should have done this sooner.
