Thank you Dr Parker and the whole team esp the front desk for getting me in last minute and fixing a broken tooth. I was a new patient and expected to only get a consultation but the team worked magic and I was able to walk out with my front tooth fixed. First time going through something like this and couldn’t be more appreciative of the team. Compassionate, detailed and very skilled. Thank you!

AVOID this place at all cost. I got my dental work which only included 1 front tooth filling a year ago at this place. One year later I got a call from this place asking me to pay for a balance which is unheard of. I asked where it’s coming from and was told that it’s because the insurance doesn’t cover for the other tooth. Well first of all, it’s more than a year of this and second of all, I’ve never got the bill or was promised and told that all out of pocket costs were paid the day of the work done. They will scam you to pay extra than what you needed to!!!! AVOID them!!!!

The doctors at East Erie Dental are superb and knowledgeable. I was well taken care of and they made me feel very safe and comfortable to trust them with my teeth!! Great service, punctual, and efficient.

I had my first visit to East Erie Dental today and was very pleased. It has taken me awhile to find a dentist who accepts Medicare Advantage dental insurance. The only other office I had found used up my entire benefit amount on the first visit. This office was very good about explaining what needed to be done and spreading things out into next year, which was really helpful. The staff were very pleasant and professional. I'm really glad I found them.

I have been a satisfied customer for 2 years and find East Erie Dental friendly, efficient and flexible. For my recent 6 month cleaning I was in and out in 1 hour. The hygenist was friendly and changed from automated to manual cleaning because I tend to choke with the water running in my mouth. I appreciated her flexibility and recommend the dental practice highly.I also appreciated that xrays were included within 1 hour using a new handheld xray machine which didn't hurt as much as the older style.
