Dr Sara is great. Staff is super friendly. I had a bad experience at a derma a yr ago and haven't been back to see one. I found this office and her and this office on Zocdoc and she was great. Her nurse was great. Makes you feel comfortable I found my doctor

Dr. Peters has been my dermatologist since I moved to Chicago over 3 years ago. His new office is beautiful and the office employees are friendly, organized, and efficient. I did have to wait a bit past my scheduled appointment time, but the wait wasn't excessive. Dr. Peters is professional, friendly, and easy to talk to. He never rushes through your appointment and gives ample time to ask questions and discuss any concerns you may have. I highly recommend him.

We were recommended to Dr. Sara Kasprowicz when we were at our Pediatricians office this morning. I could not be more please and happy and would highly recommend her. The office was able to squeeze us in knowing how miserable my 9 year old son was with a horrible, itchy rash that covered almost his entire body. We had been at the ER that week, the Pediatrician 3 times and we assumed that it was a reaction to an antibiotic that my son was taking for an infection. But no one was quite sure. However, Dr. Kasprowizc was able to confirm this with pretty good certainty and provide us with a course of treatment that has already provided my son with relief from the horrible itching and painful rash he has had for days. She took her time with me, listened to my questions and was patient with me as I wrote down the instructions because I was so sleep deprived. The office is lovely, easy parking and great location. The front desk staff was very professional and we did not have to wait at all - even though they were very busy.

The office is conveniently located away from the traffic/madness of Michigan Ave. Street parking is available. The office is gorgeous and the staff is courteous. As far as Dr Lio, he is a gem. My daughter loves him. He is amiable, takes the time to listen to our concerns, and explains all procedures.

I saw Dr Neil Peters. He is very kind, attentive and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and I felt very comfortable in his presence. He is confident and very sweet. I will be going back and transferring some of my other dermatological needs to this practice, to consolidate venues. The office is very beautiful and parking is a breeze!!!! The front desk staff was quick and helpful. The doctor's nurse/assistant was very kind and helpful.

Had a great experience seeing Dr. Peters for the first time. He was extremely thorough and explained just enough without getting overly technical. Very nice office as well.

Have been a patient of Dr. Lio's for many years, as has the rest of my family. We have referred several friends to him as well. He is knowledgeable, warm, patient, caring and thorough. I have never waited more than 5-10 minutes beyond my scheduled appointment time. Can't imagine going to anyone else.

Dr. Lio is the dermatologist I have been looking for all these years. I left my derm of 8 years after one meeting with him. His bedside manner, deep knowledge of the body and professionalism are all A+. My children see him and now I am forcing my husband (never been to a derm in his life) to see him. The office is refreshing, clean and has good energy. His staff are kind, professional and helpful with bills. My other derm's office was cold, they were rude (left me waiting with a paper robe, chilly temps and then a team walks in to examine me with no apology for making me wait 47 minutes naked...that was it, no thank you!). I am thrilled to have found Dr. Lio and feel confident that he will take care of these decades of hives related to cold weather and other skin related issues I have had for years. My wonderful allergist highly recommended him and now I understand why she did. He is an excellent doctor for all ages and all skin conditions.

I had a consultation with Ally (anesthetist) and she exuded professionalism and knowledge. I've been a patient of Dr Peters for a number of years, and thus thought I could trust other staff to be equally as friendly and skilled as he is. I was not disappointed!

We started with Dr. Lio in 2011. He is very smart, friendly and easy to reach. We had been to 5 other doctors over 20 years without success. Dr. Lio listened very carefully and recommended treatment that has helped us manage eczema fantastically! We now have another child visiting him for back acne and scarring. Again with great treatment results. We'll never leave Dr. Lio! Dr. Lio is extremely smart, but his best quality is his ability to listen to your symptoms carefully in order to tailor your treatment to you, rather than to a generic "condition".
