I had particles in my eye, called ahead, everything was ready to go to flush it out when I arrived. Great facility. Super clean, modern, Dr. Ayala was super thorough with the process. Prescription available at the clinic!!! One stop shop. I’ll definitely be back!!! Welcome to the community!!!

Definitely thought I was going to be sitting hour at least 45min-1hr because it’s a urgent care, but not the case AT ALL. Walked into being greeted and signed my form showed ID and insurance and got seen. No lie maybe was here for 25min! Friendly people working straight to business. Thanks Jose Ayala, M.D and rest of staff. Very professional.

It was my first time at metro urgent care and I have to say Dr.Ayala is by far the best doctors I’ve come across. He really takes his time with his patients and is very thorough. Excellent bedside manner :) I will definitely be recommending this clinic.

The staff and Dr. Ayala were very helpful and professional. I was in the waiting room within 5 minutes. Dr. Ayala was very attentive . I called a few times after seeing Dr. Ayala and Dr. Ayala always called me back to answer any questions I had . Thank you to all the staff at Metro urgent.
