Dr. Schwarz is outstanding. My first experience with her was about 20 years ago when, among other things, she put porcelain veneers on six teeth. Soon after that I moved to California, but for years all of my subsequent dentists commented on the quality of the veneer placement, shape, and lip (I believe that was the term) that Dr. Schwarz had done. To my good fortune, I moved to Chicago about seven years ago and was extremely happy to know I'd have my wonderful dentist back - the best dentist I've ever had. My loved ones now go to her, including my elderly mom, and Dr. Schwarz does a great job with them as well. Why is she so good? Dr. Schwarz explains everything about the options available for a given situation; she explains in greater detail than any other dentist I've had. She is also conservative in her approach; she does NOT jump immediately to the most invasive or expensive treatment. She is highly skilled in all of the dental procedures I've had with her. Two other points must be made. Interpersonally, Dr. Schwarz is a pleasure to be around. Friendly, warm, interesting and interested all describe her. Seeing her is like visiting a friend. She also has highly skilled and friendly colleagues including her assistants and the other dentists in the practice. I hope Dr. Schwarz stays in practice for a long time!

Overall great — Dr. Schwarz is skilled and accommodating - good recommendations and excellent dentistry. Jaime, at the front desk, manages from a customer-centric perspective in a way that seems natural and effortless. But, I’m sure it’s not because I last switched dentists because their office staff was very difficult and operated from a dentist-centric perspective so I didn’t feel like a valued patient.
