Easy to make an appointment, Great communications, very patient with explanation and direction of instructions. This is my first time with physical therapy and did not know what to expect. Very good therapist.

ATI in Mt. Prospect is outstanding! My experience there was wonderful. You can't find a more skilled and accommodating staff. Rob worked a miracle on my neck, resolving a condition I thought I was going to contend with, for the rest of my life, off and on. The facility is clean, bright, and very Covid safe. I had a great experience with every single person that works at this location. I was actually sad to complete my treatment as I enjoyed attending my appointments so much. They are all patient, kind, but also challenge you to succeed in your goals. I would recommend this location to anyone who needs physical therapy.
