Excellent first experience. Glad to have found a new dermatologist. Dr. Kazanstev was very informative, so warm, welcoming, no nonsense and incredibly thorough. Such a small world too as we found out she's also from Hawaii like my husband and I. What are the chances, all the way out here in Naperville. Too funny and a great bonding experience as we talked about how much we all missed home and especially the food. The entire staff was also very nice and personable. The office itself had plenty of parking, was easy to find, and a very clean facility. Highly recommend Dr. Kazanstev and her crew, you will surely be happy with her as your dermatologist. I know we are!

Incredible experience. I was misdiagnosed with immediate care and the ER after telling them I spent my honeymoon in Belize and have a video of movement in my head that looks to be a botfly. Both facilities sent me home stating it was a cyst even after video proof. Within 10 minutes I was checked in and the Botfly I’ve been dealing with for a month or so was finally removed. They recognized the issue immediately and resolved it. Completely pain free and such a simple process. They absolutely validated my thoughts and even explained the process to make sure I felt comfortable. Could not ask for better help with this situation! Incredible experience.
