Dr. Bank has proven to be wonderfully effective in aiding me with the recovery of a small, but noticeable, amount of focus and energy that had dissipated over the years due to age and chronic illness. I've never been sharper. Her staff is very organized and responsive. Extremely knowledgeable, accommodating, and professional office. Highly recommend.

Dr. Bank has been my doctor for more than 8 years and Dr. Bank has helped me a lot because she is absolutely brilliant, smart, and compassionate doctor. I went to so many different doctors to figure out what was wrong with me but none of those other doctors figured out the cause. But Dr. Bank was the only Doctor who knew what was wrong with me & had the solution to help me get better & stay on that better track.

Dr. Bank is in a league of her own. She is brilliant, kind, and knowledgeable, and I recommend her to anyone seeking a psychiatrist.

I have been going to Dr. Bank for many years. She is absolutely one of the best doctors I’ve ever seen. Certainly the best psychiatrist. She is very up to date on psychiatric issues as well as nutrition. Whenever I am with her or have a phone appointment she makes me smile even on my worst days. Dr. Susan Bank has been my doctor for 17 years. She is extremely kind and conscientious. I began seeing her while working in Enterprise Sales at a Hi-tech company around 9/11. I had developed a disabling depression and anxiety disorder for the first time in my life. She was always calm and focused to improve my situation. Her long-time assistant, Natalie always gets me in within a week, which I'm grateful for. Dr. Bank has saved my life more than once. I had to temporarily relocate downstate during the recession. I couldn't have gotten back to Chicago without her. She is consistently competent and I highly recommend her services to anyone!!
