My mom was in this hospital for 3 weeks. The nurses and doctors were exceptional! The building was new and very clean. Would definitely use this hospital again!

My brother was in Riverside. Before he was admitted we visited the hospital and was taken on a tour. Very Clean and very friendly place. The nurses are staff went above and beyond to care for him. He loved each and everyone their. They always have smiles on their face when they enter the room and give the best of care. Any time you had a question to ask about him they gave you the answer. The nurses are Fantastic!! The techs are Awsome!! Housekeeping is Great and goes above & beyond to keep this facility clean and smelling fresh all the time. They have a wound care nurse that only takes care of the patients with wounds. If you have one when you are admitted you can bet it’s healed or on its way to being healed when you are discharged! The Case Management Lady is their to answer all the questions you have and is always smiling and very Friendly!! Let’s not forget about the Administrative department...they are always on the floor making rounds and talking to the patients. You couldn’t ask for a better team or a better place to have the best of care for your loved one than at Riverside. I would and have recommended Riverside Hospital to all family and friends of mine. Some have used them and have gotten the same care and has spoken very Highly of them. Again Thanks to ALL your staff for doing AN AWESOME JOB!!!❤️🌹

Mother in law was there after brain surgery and stroke (not caught at Alexandria hospital). The care there was top notch! Employees are caring, attentive, and friendly. I can't say enough good things!
