First time visiting the new facility and I had a good experience considering... The wait time was long due to the uptick in Covid cases. Understandably so after the holidays. This was disclosed in the app which was very accurate with showing the wait list. The front desk was very courteous and patient and that set the tone for the rest of my experience. The same was true for all the nurses that saw me. I thanked them for their service and all they do. I would recommend!!!!

Everyone at Patient Plus Urgent Care in Brusly was amazing with my little boy during a very difficult injury. They made him (and me) feel at ease and took care of him wonderfully.

This was my first time coming to this location. Everyone was extremely nice. I cannot explain how appreciative I am of their service. Wonderful staff from receptionist to nurses, to the doctor. Interacted well with my son.
