As a patient. I was treated like an animal. I lost my job because of them. Fmla paperwork was never filled out and they lied and said it was. No one was ever around so I could make a phone call home. All my letters were given to me the day I left. The therapist and case managers are terrible. The techs were wonderful though!

don't let your loved ones go there. they are horrible and the therapist was so unprofessional and should be fired!!!

Had several issues with impotent messages not given to me, or to my case manager. Barely saw my case manager and therapist. Groups are only like 15/20 minutes and kinda a joke.

tried to blackmail me into going to PhP by refusing me transportation home unless i went. I still didnt go. Case mgr: Debbie joe and Cassie are liars they dont follow thru with sending paper work, they caused me not to get Short Term Dis. its been over a month im still fighting. Theraputic staff is terrible dont know recovery subject, need more training, groups run mostly by clients. Most staff and Clinical Director should be FIRED!!!!
