Quick service for an urgent care. I've been in and out in about 30 mins each time I've gone. My go to option for when my primary care is closed or can't get me in right away and it's not serious enough for the ER.

I had an amazing visit today. Patient care tech Ginger was very compassionate and understanding. We really need more staff at Baystate with the heart she has. It was a long wait but every second was worth it . Thank You Ginger and staff

Needed to replace lost ear meds, which would have been available in 5 days, instead was replaced in 2 hours. Thank God. Thank U Baystate 🙏 😇
