I’ve been going to this center for about three years now and I love it. Every time I visit the lady’s there are so wonderful, always checking to see if I need anything and very helpful. One of the best Hair Clubs and definitely deserve five fives. Keep up the great customer service lady’s!

Fabulous, fabulous, fabulous. Elizabeth saved the day after some scheduling snafus --and fixed a long-standing tech problem with my phone! Youri saved my hair! She squeezed me into her tight schedule. But since this was my first time seeing her, she still took the time to ask questions to find out what I wanted done. She listened. I left with a great style! Both were professional, persistant and unflappable. They're keepers!!!

I would like to start by saying I've had the great opportunity to transfer to the Annapolis office after 32 years of using HCM I have the upmost respect for my long time experience with the folks at Columbia now that I'm in Annapolis I have connected with a long time friend Miss Stacey years ago I was her first client she is awesome with her position I believe she would do 24/7 if she could a professional by all means then we have Miss Elizabeth what a perfect individual for her position hands down incredible a very professional appearance then there's Miss Doris shoving appointments around daily I myself believe her position is the hardest role then we have a new stylist Miss Gloria wow what can I say other than she can do hair it's important to look your best she'll do that for you I'll say this much for you rookies you came there with nothing leaving there you have everything to gain with my experience by all means don't blow dry your hair it will last longer good luck my friends

I have been a client for almost a year, and I’ve never been happier with my hair. Bree is my stylist and I can’t say enough good things about her. She takes her time to make sure I’m completely happy and goes out of her way while I’m there and after I have left to make sure I have everything I need. She really listens to me about my concerns. I’ve had other stylist and although they were good they weren’t as awesome as Bree. I also appreciate Heather, she is always professional and helpful when I call to make my appt or change my appt. if she doesn’t have the answer immediately she always gets back to me in a timely matter. Both ladies are very professional, caring and helpful. They have made this experience during covid and positive one and recommend the place.

I am a new client and I wanted to share how delighted and excited I felt about visiting the Hair Club in Annapolis, MD. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by a very kind and friendly receptionist. She was very helpful and so supportive. I did not have to wait for my appointment and was seen right away. I was then greeted by Ms. Elizabeth for my consultation. She was very patient, informative, professional, sincere, and kind. She made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire consultation. I was overjoyed and impressed throughout my session. She answered all of my questions and was very thoughtful and caring. Ms. Elizabeth is absolutely an amazing and phenomenal employee! Ms. Elizabeth is a jewel! 💎 Lastly, I would like to mention Ms. Betty, my hair stylist. She is a very kind, experienced, patient and outstanding stylist! She took her time with explaining the products as she styled my hair. I appreciate her warm and friendly personality. I was thrilled and so excited when I saw the finished results of my hairstyle. It's been many years since my hair looked so amazing! I recently went to an open house at The Hair Club and the experience was amazing. The models and staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about everything. The place was very clean and refreshing. Overall I highly recommend The Hair Club and I definitely plan on returning!
