I decided to try out Mend because it’s covered by insurance. The sign up process was smooth. They took my insurance information and emailed me a detailed summary of what my insurance would cover and how much my copay would be. The actual acupuncture appointment was phenomenal. I worked with Susannah who took meticulous notes, walked me through the process and checked in with me often to make sure I was comfortable. I scheduled appointments for the next month when my first treatment was completed. Mend is great!

I have been going to Mend for years to manage my back pain. It has helped me to not only relax, but the adopt healthier behaviors like sleeping and drinking more. Liana, the practioner who I've been seeing lately, has been an absolutely gem. She's very receptive to my issues and has been willing to try different things. It's a great community.

A very serene experience with Ms. Dani at MEND in Remington. It was my first acupuncture experience and she listened well, asked thorough questions, and led me through the entire process. I felt seen, heard, and cared for. Looking forward to returning.

Have been going to Mend for a few years now for various health reasons, and always have a positive experience. Recently have been meeting with Dana at Remington, who is super kind and adjusts the protocol depending on what I need. The facilities are always clean, quiet, and relaxing. Couldn't rec Mend more!
