Very happy and excited! Dr Weltman took great care of me-she diagnosed a hole in my retina and got me scheduled with a retina specialist to fix it. Dr Summerfield did the treatment and was very thorough. I had a lot of astigmatism before and now I see like I did with glasses!!

I don’t as petrified. I had the consultation before and backed out. The group here at Rockville made me comfortable and reassured me of the risk and rewards. I felt like I was in great hands. I needed to be a little late for my surgery due to my kids award show at school. The team was understanding and supportive. I highly recommend lasik as I haven’t had clear vision since I was a young child. It was scary because it’s our eyes but the team is very knowledgeable. They explained every step of the process. Less than 24 hrs post op and this is the best decision ever. I would recommend Rockville location and staff 10/10

Our family just moved to the area recently and I felt so nervous getting LASIK and the idea of not having any friends or family around. The staff and the doctors were INCREDIBLY helpful and supportive throughout the entire process. Highly recommended them!!

The experience was quick, painless and most importantly it worked!!!! The team was very comforting and consoled me as I was very anxious before the surgery!!! Dr. Summerfield was amazing!!!! He talked me through every step! I can not be more happier with my experience with lasik!

I was very anxious going into the procedure, but everybody was extremely nice in the office. Dr Weltman answered all my questions and normalized my fear. Dr Pasternak was very patient, very sweet with me and explained the procedure in detail. Nat and Ben helped me signing and playing The Beatles to lower my anxiety. The procedure was fast and smooth. I had some discomfort afterwards but only lasted for the rest of the day while awake. Next morning I woke up seeing blurry, but the more I blinked the clearer my vision became. If you’re thinking about LASIK, definitely choose the LASIK vision institute.
