I had never done acupuncture before and I was willing to try anything to help with severe insomnia due to anxiety related issues. My very first visit gave me immediate relief. Highly recommend for stress reduction. Dr. Shan Kong is a gem- love her energy.

Ten years ago Dr. Shan Kong successfully treated me for adrenal fatigue. This seemed to hold well for about a decade. But, with an exhausting schedule and other demands through the COVID pandemic I'm back to see Dr. Kong for another round of sessions to treat adrenal fatigue and a wrist trauma. I'm grateful and impressed by the results I experience with this doctor in every session. A decade ago, when I was seeing Dr. Kong for adrenal fatigue I arrived at a treatment session with a severe headache. Without charging more to treat the headache and my adrenals she placed her needles and my headache literally vanished in five minutes! My current experience of a notable improvement in my energy, digestion, sleep and calmness are in part due to the skill and esteemed knowledge of Dr. Shan Kong!

I’m writing this review for my husband. 5 months ago he was diagnosed with Glioblastoma (brain cancer). He had surgery to remove 2of the tumors; then completed only 3 weeks of the normal 6 week protocol of radiation and only two doses of an oral chemo drug due to a low platelet count. The surgery, radiation and low platelets left him extremely fatigued with daily bouts of severe dizziness, blurred vision and right sided weakness. I took him to Dr Kong. He has been seeing her for acupuncture twice weekly for about 8 weeks now. His dizziness is markedly improved, his vision is better and the right sided weakness is improving. He’s much stronger and less tired. He actually rides the stationary bike 7 miles every day!! Dr Kong is absolutely amazing. I wish I could give her more than 5 stars! Only time will tell the status of his cancer but I can definitely tell whomever reads this that she is greatly diminishing the side effects of the surgery and radiation and she is definitely making him much stronger and feeling much better. I have been seeing Dr. Kong for several years now. I have had truly amazing results from her! She has resolved several health issues for me where other doctors, specialists, and chiropractors have failed. Over the past two decades, Dr. Shan Kong does exhibit exemplary skills and expertise in Acupuncture. I, my family and many friends have been treated by her with outstanding results for problems relating to auto-immune, endocrine… gastrointestinal systems. In fact, she saved my husband from surgery, for two separate sports related injuries. Dr. Kong treated me for a Traumatic Head Injury and successfully reduced the many associated neurological issues that followed. She is extremely well versed and knowledgeable; her compassion is so sincere and comforting. I have been treated by Dr Shan Kong for about 3 years. She has helped me with back pain, swollen ankles & feet and sleep problems. All of these problems were greatly helped. I would highly recommend Dr Kong to anyone who is considering acupuncture. She is highly skilled and cares for her patients.

My wife and I were patients of Dr. Kong since 2016. She always acted very professional and was very dedicated to treat our health issues. She paid close attention to our explanations and was never in rush. Not surprisingly, we continue coming to see Dr. Kong every time we see that other treatments failed to give the expected results. I particularly suffered lower back pain which impeded me to walk or be standing for long periods of time. Dr. Kong was able to significantly reduce the pain.
