They had me in and out in 1 hour and sent me on my way to get my scripts for a sinus infection. The medical assistant was wonderful, quick, and got my brief/pertinent history. The physician assistant followed within 10 minutes, examined me and had me out shortly thereafter. Would go again anytime

I also don't understand the negative reviews. This is the only urgent care facility that I'll use now. I've been going here for many years and have always received the best care. It's a bit far for me to drive, but the doctors and staff are amazing. They don't argue with you like the staff at some other urgent care facilities do when you tell them what you need (because you know your own body). They usually agree with you and accept what you tell them as being correct. They don't question your medical history or why you're sick. (That has actually happened to me at another urgent care.) The wait time is sometimes long. I've waited to be seen for as long as an hour, but it's well worth it. The doctors and staff here are the best. Very knowledgeable, and compassionate, too.

Only Urgent care I will go to. Fast, barely any waiting. Very friendly Drs and assistants . Some times the check in people seem disconnected, but they are kind. Pretty busy place.

I don't understand the negative reviews here, honestly. I've been here twice now as an out of town visitor, and each time I was treated quickly, with care, and my problem was rectified. I just visited this place this morning for a minor medical issue. My copay was $60, which is whatever - controlled by insurance, not their fault. Everything was paperless; the front desk was nice and quick; everyone was masked and no one was rude. I saw the PA and got my test results within 45 minutes - TOTAL. I would absolutely recommend this place.

Today I went in for a COVID test and Tinal and Ikisha were helping me out. Both ladies were amazing. They had great attitudes and were very helpful! They made my experience great! With there positive attitudes it made the test easier for me! Both very friendly and hard working ladies. My 5 star review is for both of them! Thank you ladies for the help today! These ladies need to get recognized for all there hard work and amAzing attitudes!!!!

Fast, professional and very patient with my son that has special needs. Will definitely use them again.

My medical assistant, Lajetta, was amazing. So was the doctor, Dr. Singh. They were efficient, caring and very quick in their work. The front end manager who took my information was amazing. All in all, amazing experience and I would highly recommend.

Alright, so here's the deal. Ashley (front desk) and Ikisha (manager) are totally badass, helpful, and funny. We were laughing a bunch in the lobby. The service past the lobby is pretty, uh, slow and has potential to be garbage, BUT i had Dr. Turek and she was the truth. Overall, good time.

I've had the unfortunate part of having to visit urgent care a lot BUT this one is my favorite. I've been there enough that the nurses and doctors know me. They are very caring and there is rarely a wait. I had Ikisha check me into and she was incredibly nice and I swear Dr Weber lives there because he is always there when I go but very kind and caring. I often go out of my way to visit this urgent care even though there are many closer to me. Thank you all for all of your hard work!!

I would highly recommend Michigan Urgent Care. I have had to take my kids there during the weekdays and have had great experience with Dr. D’Angelo. He is very kind and very patient and has very good bedside manner’s. This time I had to take my kids there on a Sunday. Their experience there was just as good or if not better. The young lady at the front desk, Tinae was very kind and very sweet. She was very easy to talk to and she was sympathetic. Ikesha, the Medical Assistant, was just as kind and was very gentle with my kids. Finally, my kids were seen by the PA, Madonna. Not only does she have a cool name but she was very nice to my kids. She definitely knew what she was doing and she diagnosed their issues right off the bat. What a great experience at MUC with these great workers!! I would definitely recommend Michigan urgent care of Livonia. They have quality staff and that’s hard to find. Keep up the good work Dr. D’Angelo, Tinae, IKeisha, and Madonna!!!
